she pretty much is the worst collector of all time! I hate being insulted and talked down to by people like this. I just wanted to reconcile my bill thats all and felt like crap after i hung up the phone.

I received a call from Ms. Anderson.  She not only listed to what I had to say but was knowledgeable and willing assist. If she would have called before - I would have resolved long, long ago!
