I recv'd a voicemail from this number saying that I had a friend or relative in legal trouble and he said a name of a friend of mine. He left this number to call back. He had thick accent and fumbled over his words. When I called back he kept asking for my name and account number, so I said I'm not calling for me, and again he asked for an account number so I hung up.

I received a call from this number stating he was an attorney and i was going to be sued possibly inprisoned for cash advance fraud. He stated that in 2008 I took out a payday loan and never repayed it. He told me if I agreed to make payment arrangments this could be settled outside of court. He said he didn't know exactly which loan company it was because he dealt with thousands. He stated that currently my file was being downloaded so he did have any more information. I called my bank with him on the line and they could not verify a deposit of this amount. He knew all my information including where i banked. I have consulted with a lawyer and reported to my local police department. However, this is causing me so much grief and I have been so scared the last couple of days.

Alfred Smith (heavy & thick accent), I need to call with my retained attorney off record. Did not say who or what the matter was about. Could barely understand because of the accent. Then told me that if I did not return the call today, the only thing that he could do was just to "wish good luck".  Sounded more like a threat and I will be reporting this.

i have to recieved many calls from this number.... just so happening my uncle who is an attorney was sitting right by me and i gave hime the phone,,,,, this person nash taylor stated that i owed 3,000 for loan,,,, that i supposely took out in 2009... so my uncle started asking him legal questions and the caller hung up...

First of all Barry (think not) when a person calls your number it is extremely difficult to understand the person you are talking to. I called your number and asked about the loan and the caller started cursing and yelling as if he had a bomb strapped to his chest that was about to go off. I asked if I could have this information mailed to my home address that you conveniently had, but your company refused. Barry the question to you is if you are practicing legitimate business practices, why do you place harassing calls to employers? Why do you claim to be the law enforcement? Why do you curse at customers? Why won't you give your company name or address?

Barry I am sure you and your comrades know these practices are against the law. It is obvious you are a collection agency and trying to make a buck by intimidating and harassing callers. Your company has most likely bought a list of names with personal information from some agency or company. Your company is aware if their name and address where listed they would be slapped with more law suits than your unprofessional company could handled. There are people that can trace IP address?s and track fraudulent telephone numbers and your day is coming soon.

Our plant in Charlotte N.C. recieved mulitple calls from this number. They started with the employee and then started calling the supervisor. They called 150 times in one day. Heavy accent, very rude and made threats about taking legal action. The employee/supervisor contacted Human Resources. Human Resources called the number and talked to a Nick Anderson. Nick was make threats and would not stop talking. The HR department called the police in Charlotte. The police department never returned a call. HR contacted FBI, the FCC, the Department of Consumer Protection, and various other goverment departments. Each agency passed the buck off to another. Since trying to report the harrassing caller did no good. The HR Manager started calling the number repeatedly. Each time the person answering sound like the same person but gave different names. Nick Anderson, Robert Davis, John Mattews, Ben Johnson, Adam Ryan, Henry Scott. Since I could get no help from the government agencies, I decided to do keep calling until I made them say uncle. I talked to a Robert Davis and told him that I will not stop calling until they stop calling and harrassing our employees at this plant. They finally got the message and stopped calling. One closing point, after calling multiple government agencies and getting absolutly no help, I can't wait to see what these idiots will do with managing ObamaCare.

I called back 5 times in a row and each time they hung up on me. Unbelieveable.

I have numerous calls from this number to my cell and work phone. They called my job and said that they were the FBI and even threatened jail time.

I just received a message stating that they had some bad news about my sibling and then he goes on to say several times that it was my sister and I need to call him back.  He is hard to understand and rattles on an on.  This is why I google strange phone numbers.  Thanks for all your comments, I almost called him back.

Got a call from this number - a guy called himseld Donald.  Asked if I had info on a real friend of mine.  Donald said he was calling from florida...said it was some sort of crime bureau.  Glad I looked them up here!
Donald gave me the phone number (I do not have caller ID) and said his last name was Moore.

They called me at work several times today and my cell several times.  They call numerous times in a row and don't leave a message every time.  I called them back and they said if I didn't come up with the money today, they would take me to court and the contacts I used would have to show up as well.  I told him I didn't have that money today and Henry proceeded to yell at me and said to call him back in the next 10 minutes, otherwise there was no reason for them to continue talking to me.  He wouldn't let me say a word, just kept yelling and hung up on.  I called him back a couple times and each time, he yelled at me, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me.

Wow, im happy to know that i am not the only one going through this. These people never call me personally on my cell phone they constantly call me work phone. I really cant make out what they are saying but i know they are threatning me telling me that if they dont hear from my attorney today they will call my job and have my wages garnished and me put in jail. How do I report these people? The name of the guy calling me is Jason Hernandez. He says i owe money to a copmany called united cash services and i have never heard of these people before. When i ask them for any information they try to hurry me off the phone by threatning me. Please let me know where to report these people.

These jerks have called my cell phone over 150 times within 3 hours that I had to change my number due to harrassment.  I told the wonderful "Ricky Smith" that he was illegal and to provide documents, he then cursed at me, hung up and proceeded to call the 150 times, with every 5th or so time, he would leave a VM for the length of my VM saying nothing but "HELLO" for the entire message over and over again.  Now the jerk is calling my work telling me that it's a criminal investigation...  problem is that these jerks can mask their # as any number they want to, but they made the mistake of masking their number as a real attorney's office but not an attorney that deals with credit issues, but one that deals with non-profit land sales and they are now trying to track this guy down and file charges...  leason learned, you are better off just ignoring them.  Pick up the phone at all and you might anger them enough that they lock your phone down for hours with harrassing calls....

I have been receiving calls from this number for days and when I ask for the validation of debt they refuse to give it to me.  I have given them my attorneys name and number several times now and they keep calling.  My attorney told me not to give them anything and to have everything sent to him, when I told this "Joseph Gerrard" this information again this morning he proceeded to threaten me and when I hung up on him, he proceeded to call back 3 more times.  I informed him that I called the FTC and my state attorney generals office and hung up again.  They have not called again so maybe they have caught the clue that I will not pay something that I do not owe.  I have never heard of these people and I filed Chapter 7 and all debts were included.  I even offered to send them paperwork but all they did was threaten to have me arrested and put in jail.  I spoke to the FTC and was told this company is a scam and to just hang up on them and file a police report to protect myself.

I received the same call last Friday, only I wasn't here, got 2 calls one around noon the other at 5pm.  The last call the guy was very pushing, when he found out I wasn't there he wanted to talk to the supervisor on my floor, he was told no one was there it was closing time!!  Received the same thing last november, saying I owed money to some company I had never heard of and if I didn't pay then I needed to be in court the next day in California, I told him I lived in VT and he said he didn't care.  They called numerous times but finally stopped when they couldn't get to me.   I can't understand how they can get away with any of this!!

Do not give these people any of your information.  Do not confirm anything with them and report the call to you states attorney office and file a complaint.  The some states and the federal governments are investigating these scam practices by off shore scam artist to still money and your identity. If you are able record the calls and keep any of the voice mail recordings.  Repeat this is as scam.

I have recieved numerous calls from this 877-922-2150 number always the same accent and always the same company name. They tell me that they are calling form FL regarding legal matters against me having to do with a debt collection from companies that i know nothing about. At first i was afraid because these people call my employer never my personal phone and they know where i work and the last 4 digits of my ss#! I was ready to give them my account information but when i questioned them the person on the phone got real nervous and aggresive so i hung up right away. This kept happening so i imformed my supervisor and when they would call i would put her to speak to them and they got real nasty with her inappropriate. What are my rights legally? I just want them to stop!

He said that I owe a Loan from Two Big Companys I Never Herd from.  He said that if I did not pay the money I would be taken to Court,  He Keeps Calling Me Harrasing Me. He has Harrassed My Boss at Work for information on Me. Now He Tells Me That I Owe Just 1 Company United Cash Loans.  All Before he said That I Owed Two Big Companys.

If you are a real debt collector then you are required by the FDCPA to provide your debt collector's license number when asked. I am asking...I also tracked this phone number. It is rerouted from an international phone and the caller is not located in the US.

I recieved a very threatening voicemail from this number.

I called back and thoroughly cursed (the first person who picked up) out.

After I told them to kiss my entire a$$, I called back to tell them to remove my number.

They picked up and asked me was I a "ni@@er" because they say I sound like one.

So I pulled over on the highway so that I can give this phone call all the attention it deserved.

Im positive they will rather their fingers fall off their hands before they EVER dail my number again!!!

A ltd investigating my file called also, this time saying Mark something, i decided to call them continuously, at least 15 times in a row, and they got mad and started yelling and telling me to stop and they will stop, so lets see if it works.  Gosh payback is a b**ch, and they dont like it when it happens to them.  Trust me they were calling my work and cell non stop.

I receieved a call from Shawn Miller, when I called back George Jones picked up which i think was the same person, same voice at least, and proceeded into telling me they are investigating me and wanted to verify my ss#, when i told him that it wasnt my ss#, he told me to f**K off and hung up, i called back a few days later and this time when he went through the script again, i was prepared to tell him my attorney was on the phone, and he said a ss# again and i said no, and he said well then we dont need to talk to you.  So what ever you do, the info they try to verify, deny, deny, deny, even if it is true.  My lawyer said they do that so they can scam you and steel your info, and if you deny it, they cant verify anything and it makes them mad.  Give them a attorney name and #, even if it is bogus, they will leave you alone when you mean business.  Good luck everyone.
