I just called and there is endless ringing. It never rolls over to an automation or voicemail. Anyone else have this problem?

It's their general line. I have spoke with tech support, client care and the graphics arts dept on that line. Just get your reps extension and you won't have to go through the phone system. Also, I've noticed every time I call between noon and 1 pm it's pretty much a crap-shoot if you'll get anybody on the line. I have suggested to our guy to not take lunch but that got shot down pretty quickly hehehe...

Its tech support isnt it? thats the number I have for that...

I get calls from this number also, its their Member Services Dept. They're trying to upsell us advertising in a business application they have.

i had a call from that number during the day at my office. i dont understand why it isnt available during the evenings also. i  have tech questions but am to busy during the day to call is there another number for evenings tech support?

They're advertisers. We're talking to them about placements.

They make business applications.

I received a call from this number and called back, it's for Development Solutions member services. I had to leave voicemail because nobody picked up. Anybody know them?
