They charged a credit card that I had never used with $2.50 charge. I cancelled after after I read Laura's comment above.

Same thing happened to me for $2.50 a week or so ago.  Now $69.87 out of my account as recurring debit card transaction from a different company/phone #--ELC.  Good thing you cancelled your card right away.  I didn't notice the $2.50 until I was looking at all of my transactions because of the $69.87 one.  Card is cancelled now.  Don't know who either of these are but quite a few people have written about the ELC one.

took money out of my bank account. reported it had to get a new card who are they?????
