Received a voicemail giving me a case number and it was regarding a legal matter.  When I called back, they claimed they had tried to serve me at my house and now they were coming to my work.  When I asked for the person's name he said "Jonathon Marshall" and when I asked for his supervisor he hung up.  VERY RUDE!!! Tried to intimidate me.

Prank Call
Received a call from 877-996-4777 stating a case is being filed against me from some debt.  This is obviously a scam and if it is some kind of debt collector they should not legally be allowed to conduct business in this manner.

Received this phone call.  They used my name, and said my daughter (by name) had listed me as a contact.  Said daughter was involved in an investigation, and she would know what it was.  Demanded she call back within an hour.  Told her that was not going to happen.  I'm not even going to relay the information.  People who pull this crap should be put away for a long time.  :/

Just got a call from this number which left a recorded message where they used my proper first name and referenced a case # regarding a legal matter. I will not call based on the above references and possible scamming. I also do not know of any outstanding credit issues and have had my credit pulled recently for a home loan where there were no outstanding issues or collections.

So these "people" have been calling me for several years. I continue to check google for the numbers that come through and it is always the same crap. lol. Well this time I turned the tables on them. I continuously called them back to back, BUT had my phone on mute. Pissed them right off. LOL. They kept saying that they were too busy for these kinds of games. Well I'm too busy for their BS calls. BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! After about 20 times of me calling them and not saying anything they started forwarding my calls straight to a voicemail, which I in turn, sat with my phone on mute and just let the sucker record nothing!!! Finally I stopped calling them back after about 50 calls. Oh, I also put their number on my reject list on my phone!!! HA!

I received a call on my cellphone for my husband. Case number 41078. I called back and was forwarded to the mailbox of The Legal Department. I left a message that they had the wrong number, which technically it was.

You looked this up so you should know this is a scam. Never answer a call before screening it if you can. If it something like this, look it up on the internet, then just disregard it. Never give them what they want which is answer their calls.

They are a bunch of jerks....No one calls you ahead of time to inform you that you are to be served...I have received several calls from different numbers, acting like different companies regarding the same situation...This has been going on for over 6 years.....Don't pay them or give them any information...Report them immediately!

This is a fraud.  First, a recording gives a case number, then threatens you with legal action.  When you finally get a body on the line, they are intimidated and say, the "call has been cancelled."  What jerks!

Anytime you get a call from this, speak gibberish and keep repeating their question back to them. Never say yes to any question. drives 'em nuts and since time is money, they'll give up.

This is the second day in a row I have received a call from this number. I did not answer either time, but let the machine pick it up. They say it is in regard to case 28013 (match the case number they gave you to it so you can see if they even bother to change the number, or use the same one for everybody). There is NO WAY we owe anything to anyone, our credit scores are close to 800.
They are obviously frauds. Please report these people to the authorities, and if you are on the National Do Not Call Registry, report them! Every incident reported will cost them THOUSANDS of dollars in fines! It is the only way to break these scammers!

Received a call from this number. They called themselves "Asset Recovery Agency". They actually knew a debt I had back in 2003 which I had paid off. Threatened to have me served because I would not pay it again.
