According to whitepages.com and 411.com, this is an "unknown" number. Probably "spoofed". If you were going to be sued, you wouldn't get a call about it - you'd have a visit from a process server, and he wouldn't announce his arrival. Your caller is a scammer - trying to scare people into paying bogus debts, debts already paid, or even debts that are owed - but not to him. Please do call your Superior Court - they'll tell you there is no case filed against you - and they'll also tell you this is not how the legal system works. Please do report your caller to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General. And never pay any caller who refuses to mail written proof that you owe them money. More info here:

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.
For extortion Scam Operations, file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..
