These idiots keep calling multiple times every week even though I'm on both the state and federal do not call lists.
I recognized this number as a scam caller so I did not answer the phone.

Just received a call from 885-000-1154.   I'm with Drusilla .... I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Glad I could find this online site that lets me know it's a scam.

885 might be an invalid area code, but it shows on my caller id.  never leaves a message and we don't answer.

I have been getting many calls with invalid area codes day after day. Today I got one from
885-388-3513. A recording told me that it was an invalid number. I am getting sick of these calls.

Get called by "card member services" daily to see if I want rates discounted when I get an operator and ask them to remove my name I get hung up on. Twice. Anyone else experience this scam?

I received a call today.  I am on the no call list so don't like strange people calling me.

Some one at this number keeps calling me trying to lower my credit card rates.  I do not have credit cards and I do not appreciate being woke up in the mornings.

Company named Dadata, in Palm Harbor, Florida, is behind this.  Bunch of former "wiseguys."

Sarah from Card Services.  Msg then offers push 9 to talk to Card Svc Office.  I did and male answered.  I asked to be removed from their calling lists and he immediately hung up.

Hey guys, we have a similar issue at our house. Our residence has nothing to do with any of this, but when people in our area with the same area code, it drops the true number since it is being thrown through so many servers, and dials the first seven numbers with the area code they are in which is us in most cases. We get calls from angry people EVERY DAY multiple times by really angry people trying to yell at us. But we have nothing to do with it! Someone please contact the Attorney General please? We are getting screwed over and yelled at. Please, DO NOT call back the number, you will NOT get them. You're angering other people who have nothing to do with this. We haven't even been called BY the telemarketers, just those of you upset by them! I understand your anger, but calling them back DOES NOT WORK. SOMEONE that has any idea on how to deal with this, take it to the Attorney General for the rest of us and SOLVE this. Or. Let me handle the b*****ds and I'll make them suffer eternally. But, please, don't call back the number and curse out whoever you get, it's not the telemarketers. Call the FCC and fix this please because we are unable to so far and need help and are tired of getting randomly cursed out. PLEASE DON"T CALL THEM BACK. IT DOESN"T WORK.

Scammers trying to get money.  Claiming to be working in Dubai.  Initial contact on match.com.

It does little good to block their number, as they use many numbers.  Comcast lets me block up to 12 numbers which lets me block known repeat numbers, but it's useless for these credit scam calls.  Twelve isn't enough either.

Keep getting these calls in spite of no-call list.  Annoying

I fixed em. I bought a Panasonic phone that records their numbers and I block them. The phone rings once and drops them. Seems a shame to have to go through this effort to get other people to obey the law but it works

Same people *different #* reduce credit card interest.  On Fed and State do not call list and that doesn't stop the calls!  Report them to FCC for what little good that does.  How do we stop them?

This is a SCAM.  The area code originates out of the former Soviet Union.  It is NOT currently a toll free prefix that is in use by anyone in this country.  It is likely that the calls are being routed through several servers in an attempt to block any trace back to them.  

Do NOT give out ANY information to these con artists.  Don't even bother speaking with them.  Immediately report this number to your state's attorney general's office, which you can find online.   I just did.  Be wary -- this same group is operating with several different numbers from what my research has uncovered.

They've pissed me off!! They keep calling!!! I'm on no-call-list...and I keep telling these ppl to take me off of their list and they either hang up on me or they mock me!!! They claim its about lowering credit card interest....I don't even have credit cards. I've told them this!! Why do they keep barking up the wrong tree?? Seriously, today the man mocked me in a "retard" voice after I told him to "f#cking remove me from your list". I've had it. I'm finding everywhere I can report and I'm reporting. F*ck these people!!
