I keep receivind calls i dont even know for whom they are calling , I think they have made huge money out of it . Dont make any payment Unless you  received anything in written make sure it is not fake . Remember stamp papers is available free in the market  and also consult  a lawyer before you make a payment

I am going to file a police compliant.

Today i got a call from this number 8923487415 and asked me to call some other advocate. The advocate number is 07351111863. These are all fake calls.

Today i got a call from this number 7870387034. The f****ng lady told me that I have to come to court in dehli...& i have to pay more then 26000, and i jus google this number i found that they all are running f****ng scam......oh come on you scammers we all are INDIANS we are not a fool like you ....you peice of shitt....even that lady cant speak hindi as well.... f*** you bi***.....!!!!!! you know what you are running very small scam.....jus call me again and m gonna teach you how to run  a SCAM.....f****ng w***e..!!!

Hahaha this is crap s***. I got a call from 91 8090595417 and asked me to call some other advocate. Then try to be soo genuine, talking to their PA and asking for files and all stuff. Trying to prove that they are really from delhi high court.
They said they sent all the details via post 15days ago which was my old address. Do they really send one??

I also received a call saying it was some suraj shekhawat from delhi court , phone number 8441061912.
I think it is a major hoax, and they should be brought to book for impersonation.

i too got the call from this number 9212797077. i was in meeting so, i couldn't talk to them in much details. but in short it was call from some advocate and said there is some case against you from airtel.

later on when i searched the internet to know which law firm called me. I came to this this page and got the whole gimmick played by airtel.

instead i will drag them to court for making such a call to me when i have cleared everything and no dues are pending from my side.

I received a call today from +918586904924....Said he was calling from Delhi Court and informed that someone had logged a complaint against me, the call was to check if i had received any notice from Delhi Court when i denied he said he is willing to share the number and advocate details and suggested to call him else he has to stamp the file and i have to attend Delhi Court. I stay in Hyderabad and was shocked however i denied to take any number to which he got frustrated and said he is going to stamp the file.

Can anyone please help me what to do now ?

Got a call from 01130205200 7870387034 and 78703888555 saying that my bill is still unpaid and have to pay in next 15 mins else they will pass a file to the court and then hearing will be done. This idiots were even not able to talk proper hindi.. Any one here got the calls from above numbers ??????????????????????  Pls donot disclose your details . By somehow they have the details but if they ask your name and address just fake it..thats all.

First time I got paniced, but I did not called to the lawer who she asked me to call to know about the case. After some time, I called her back and asked, I am in Hyderabad, lawer in Delhi has filed the case against me then who are you and why are you calling then she said, "you have a court hearing tomorrow morning", but I asked "ok, but how are you related to this case" then she said "ok your wish, see you tomorrow in delhi court, if you won't come be sent to jail" and disconnected the call.

After a week, I received similar call from a guy, then I said, "Is this about the your sisters rape case? I am ready to settle this, but send me your wife and mom tonight" then he started busting , it was funny he was saying to some "record kar re tape record kar", then I said "record kar ke teri maaka ch**t main ghusd" and he excahnged some words and he disconnected the phone and I never received a phone call again

Hi, Got the same call same same nonsense.. he added a jai hind bit when he said goodbye.. knew it was nonsense right then.. a case can be registered against them for impersonating a government official...  thanks for the thread it confirmed what i already knew.. no matter what happens airtel can't register a case against you the best they can do i cut off your connection...

Today, I got the same call - name was also same i.e JP Yadav, message was same. He gave me case number 81202/2012. He asked me to contact sarika bansal on 087-44999528.
I checked this number 087-44999528 and found that it belongs to Muakapally, AP (Not delhi). How delhi district court government layer can have landline number in AP?

Must be fraud call(gundaas from Airtel). We should teach lesson to airtel.

I received a similar call as above. The call came from 09999881018 claiming to be J P Yadav from District Court, Delhi. Told me that I have the hearing today at 5:30PM and that if I miss I'll have to pay a total sum of 53000. On asking anything he just said he is some sections officer and doesn't know anything about it...

Asked me to call Sarika Bandhan on 8744999528 to sort out the options. On calling the number she asked me to pay a total sum of Rs. 53000 to Airtel to nullified the case.
I thought of this to be true but then ran a quick check and landed on this page and saw that the lady name is different for the number 8744999528.

Also that guy is calling me continuously.

Phew. I'm breathing freely after going through this thread. I got a call from 09999881018 claiming that he is J.P.Yadav from District Court, Delhi. Told me that I had the last hearing in Delhi that I had to attend in the next 15 minutes and expressed shock that i didn't know about it. He said, If i miss this hearing, It'll be a contempt of court and I'll be fined Rs.1 Lakh by the Court.

Gave me the number of advocate Sheetal Gupta 08744999528 to sort out the options. She discussed a couple of options which were not possible and finally suggested that I pay the outstanding amount to Airtel , get this case nullified and then register another consumer case against Airtel to refund the money and that she'll help me through this.

I truly believed this completely until i did a quick search on their numbers and found this thread. Can anyone from the above thread confirm that they don't have any issues so far and that this is really a staged drama by the Airtel Collections Department? In any case, I'm taking them to court this time for all the tension that they gave.

when asked for License Number  gave  D/142/2008  .
Checked with  Delhi Bar Council regrading  D/142/2008 , no one  by that name is registered .  

I called him back  and recorded his call  
When crossed question hung up the call  .
Please be aware this is fraud .
I am willing to share the recording if anybody require this to launch a harassment case .

I recieved the call from 8744999528 saying his name as Satendra Yadav, and asked me to call on 8860769634 and speak to Advocate Sadhana.
She asked me to call after 2 min while she checks for the case file. after 2 min, i called and then she asked that i may have to pay 53000 rs because i didnt present my self in the delhi court. Else pay the dues of 5000 rs in 15 min.
After seeing all these coments i think these are frauds. But i am going to call the police for this

I received a call from this number saying that he was Satnam Yadav from Session court, Delhi and that I have a case which is in Delhi today due to non payment of Airtel bill and since I did not represent myself at the court earlier ( i never received such summons from court) it has now become State v/s myself as  contempt of court. After 3 weeks of waiting I have received nothing yet.......

I got the same call exact same message saying I missed a court hearing in Bangalore for non-payment of Airtel bill, and I am being called for contempt of court in Delhi.  I think this is a fake call by a collection agency.  But I was so shocked and scared they made me pay.

I got call from this no. stating that i missed the court hearing in Banglaore and this is escalated to the Delhi court.
