It's a scam call. When you pick up it's nothing but an automated message that informs you that it's very important that you call them back on this number. They claim to be from a company called 'Hicourt Canada'. Don't call this number back. If you do feel free to make them aware of the fact that they're the cancer that walks this Earth.

they call about 2 times a day - It is always a recorded anouncement saying it is "really important I call them" I wont and dont call but the annoying phone calls persist.  How can I stop this.  I have tried to call the number that keeps calling me back,  but it does not work.

very professional scam- sounds legitimate, caller says he represents a third party
tries to obtain personal info. such as address, date of birth
tell him you are busy and ask for his phone number to return his call
