I got several calls from this phone number 800-201-9777 all the times, diner, weekend. Very annoying. Do not pick up. They never leave voice mail as they are marketing scams.
Report them and register their number to the gov. https://www.donotcall.gov/
I did today. Sick and tired of those scams/fraud.

Most likely someone from India or China who doesn't speak "engrish' was afraid to leave a message
