I have 3 business days to lock in a rate 5.875 on a 30 year fixed with no out of pocket. 'Michelle' is the caller, and I am supposed to call 'Scott' back.

same as earlier entries - call Scott at 888 202 2150 x117, same rate, same offer

I reported this with the FCC online at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

It was quick and easy. Hopefully this will help put an end to them calling numbers on the Do Not Call list.

I encourage you to report your call also.

I asked them who they were and they said they were the customer service line for a variety of several different online companies

I got the same called this monring, this a SCAM !!!!!

Thanks for all your thoughts. I just got this message on my phone and realized they didn't leave a name of a company for me either. I called back and left a message with them to call me back because all their reresentatives were assisting "other customers". I'm glad I decided to check it out here before they call me back and I get caught in the middle of a scam. Thanks again.

Got the same message - what a SCAM!!!

I received the same call.  Sounded like Michelle has been busy being a scam artist.  She said to call back for Scott.  I won't be calling.

They called me too,  so I decided to do some digging on them and could find nothing.  No listing of that phone number any where.  So armed with that info I called them (why not, they already had my phone number) and proceded to try and pull info from them.  

Long story short....SCAMMM!!!

I got the exact same call today.  "Michelle" didn't announce what company she was with so I instantly knew it wasn't my mortgage company and BS. Don't even call!

I received the same message today.  I believe this is a scam and will not be contacting them...after all, the offer is only good for 3 days.

ok, update, i did call my mortgage company and they said it is possible that their wholesale division has a relationship with First National Lending, however, i also deducted and confirmed that the supposed "no out of pocket expenses" comment simply means that any costs associated with refinancing the loan would be rolled up into the loan itself.  You still pay, but not up front....  anyway, better to be a "buyer" or loan maker beware...

i got the same type of call today from a senior underwriter on my mortgage account named michelle, who told me to call back "Scott".  I called and asked them more information about their company, they told me that they were first national lending and that they had a business relationship with various mortage companies and did wholesale loans.  My next call is to my mortgage company.  I thought it couldnt hurt to check it out if the offer is valid and after all is lower... with no cost... we will see, more to come.

I initially assumed call was from my mortgage company to refinance mortgage.  The call was answered without a company name and greeting.  It was quickly apparent that they knew nothing about my mortgage.  I said I was leery of refinancing through a phone call and the rep quickly hung up.
