A so called company with the name of Asphalt Paving Service truck with the above number pulled into work parking lot in Cincinnati.  No license plates on the truck, the driver apparently cannot read or speak English since I told him several times that he was not allowed to be our parking lot - we have 3 signs up that say "No Turn".  The truck did have a number on it saying PA2.  I tried to call the number several times and just got a busy signal.  This is obviously an illegal company and the authorities need to be made aware of it.
