Same has happened to me in the past. However, now when I subscribe for the 6 months I keep the date on my calendar to cancel. I make sure I have the direct phone number for cancelling and call to cancel the day before my scheduled renewal. It worked last year. We'll see if it works this year.

I purchased a new car in April. Three free months of XM had expired in July. Never got any solicitations until recently. Received letters in the mail and my 1st call last week looking for someone but not me. A call yesterday that I did not pick up and now 2 calls today.
I answered the phone when they called the 2nd time, heard a recording that my account is overdue and they will be terminating my service unless i press 2 to speak to a rep now.
I hung up. So terminate it. I haven't had it since July anyway.
So stupid.

XM turned off my radio that I paid for a year after one month. I would suggest to cancel the radio by phone and record it. They are going after me now for not paying the bill this year they sent out stating that I had service but I had "lost signal", next stage they told me is collections.

Never once had XM radio service. they call multiple times a day, and the "bill" amount goes up and down, only credit cards are accepted... this has to be a scam,do NOT give these people your credit card information. No legit company would call a customer 3-5 times a day,not to mention the fact that i am not a customer to begin with.

This is XM Radio. They are relentless and they are crooks. I was suppose to get a $50.00 rebate...never saw it. They charged my credit card twice and then they sent me a bill for $209. I told them to cancel my subscription they told me I had to talk to someone else about that then put my on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up. DO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.... You will be sorry.

Oh, that explains it, I guess. If it is XM Radio, I too have already sent in my subscription money, so not sure why they are calling. I sent it immediately. Weird.

Tracy, most states, have an online consumer complaints department, that here in CA., has been great about following up on these types of calls.

Have had numerous calls from this number. I won't pick up the phone and they don't leave a message. It is Sunday Memorial Day weekend and they just called. My husband bought a truck with free XM for a few months and it is now due to be paid. After reading all of these negative reviews, I will lean to my original thinking and not renew. Too much money for the few hours we are in the vehicle.

These people keep calling wanting to verify my credit information. I just renewed my SiriusXM account by calling the Sirius number given on my bill. I do NOT need nor do I give that information to someone cold calling. They are wasting their time and mine.

I just completed a free trial of Sirius XM, received a bill for the next 6 months of service, and called to advise them that I had not subscribed beyond the 6 month trial period. I noticed their "renewal" says that once you subscribe, you go on an "Auto Pay" system, so be careful dealing with this company. Anyway, after waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes to reach a "person," and refusing their offer to renew for $100+ for 6 months of service, their "person" said I had to talk with someone else to "finalize" my cancellation and put me right back into the automated call system. Since then, they have called me each evening between 8:30 and 9:00

Cancelled account in Aug 2011. They auto renewed me in Feb 2012. I cancelled once again. I got a bill in April 2012 for two months service. (I don't even own an XM radio). They offered to send me a radio. I asked what part they didn't understand about cancelled. Then a song and dance about how I owed them for one months service...I still don't have a radio...then they indicated I would owe a late charge and then turn it over to collections. I also was told that the Listener Care emails aren't read when you respond.

This is XM Radio. I cancelled my service recently. They are trying to get me back. They are persistent and annoying, sometimes calling up to 5 times a day. I have caller ID so I usually don't answer the calls, but I finally got tired of their intrusion on my phone and had to answer and be VERY straight forward with them that I don't want them calling anymore.

This number continually calls my phone and upon answering, hangs up. It is pure harrassment to receive this type of interruption during the work day. The calls occur at least 3 to 4 times a day.
