Annoying phone calls with no one on line when picked up.

They are trying to collect on an online payday loan.  It is a tactic.

Nicole Login was also the person who left this 800 number with a warning to my mother that I would be served within 24 hours for bad check writing if I didn't call.  When I called, they identified themselves as ACS.

My elderly mother received a phone call stating that they were calling from the state system and they were looking for me due to an AZ Bad Check Charge.  They gave her a case # and this number and told her that if I didn't contact them within 24 hours, they would come to my home and work and serve me summons papers.  I called the number and the person answering identified the company as ACS.  When I asked her who ACS was and why they'd contacted my elderly mother, the women said she didn't know, that it was probably a 3rd party process server.  I told her I wanted a full description of ACS and the legal entity they representated to determine whether or not this was a valid or fraudulent matter.  (My person was stolen Jan 17th of this year.)  I gave her the case # and she put me on hold.  I waited less than two minutes and hung up.  This is a scam and should be reported.

This Nicole Logan also called my husband's cell phone, my cell phone, my home phone and my mother's phone with the same message that she would appear on my doorstep serving me for writing a fraudulent check and to call this number to avoid having to be served by the court.  I blocked my number, called the 888-240-3641 and found it is a scam company called ACS.  She gave me a case number and I am curious to find if she gives this same number to everyone she calls!  Marilyn, would you please email me at dollsnsew@aol.com and let me know what the case number is that she gave you.  I am getting ready to call the district attorney on this one.  I haven't written a check in 10 years!  LOL  I use my credit and debit cards and online banking for paying my bills!  Please let me know, thanks, Lexi.

I received a call asking for  a person who does not live at my house. The caller said they were calling from the court system, left this  number for a call back, 888 240 3641. I will definitely let the A G know about this.

It's another scam number. They have this one, and a few others that call and make threats to my house once a day. I suggest you forward your voice mails on to you state A.G.

Someone called my mom threatening that if they dont hear from me I will be placed in court.  They gave her a court case number.  However, I have been a paralegal in Florida for over 15 years and no venue has a case number as such.  Has anyone else received calls from this person :  Nicole Loban???  pls advise
