These advise that I owe for a payday loan! Attempt to schedule to pay them and they would nottake any arrangement offered. They than advised that a person listed as a reference is listed on this account with me and that is not true!!! They have begun calling my job and will not stop. The person named Emily Johnson was rude and when I became rude with her she hung up in my face. What to do?? No one else is listed with me on this loan. Their wanting to take me to court and I can't even find a working number for CK marketing to contact directly

Joseph Ramone ? ( I believe is correct ) phoned my Business and stated to an employee that I had an Arrest Warrant and it would effect my business if I did not call right away. My employee, being very disgruntled, called my cell phone and was very upset. I called this # back from my cell to find out it is a typical bill collector using typical and unethical tactics to try and collect ( extort ) money from a bill paid in full years ago. It can be verified as paid in full and is an embarassment to explain to an employee that I am not a Wanted Fugitive. He even called the business # back and screamed at her to apologize for something he had said. She plans to file a complaint with the AG Office and others as I should and may do so myself. Don't be bullied by a liar from Buffalo !!!

I received a call from a Mr. Green at Forster and Colmes and his number is 585-672-6061 and he said they were representing CK Marketing and I owed payday online for a loan taken out in October 2009.

The company I took the loan out for is no longer called that and I am suspicious..has any one else received a call from these people?  I called the company I had the loan with and they said they do not have the information about who they turned the file over to..But I would think if they used an attorney and filed something in court it would be someone local.

I have been receiving calls from this number, a person by the name of Charles Banks, today I asked if they wanted to leave a message saying I was not in, was told I have already spoken to them and I knew what this was about, in fact I have never spoken to anyone from this place. Says it is a legal matter.

I received a call from these jerks  today. The number used this time was 1-877-450-3710 and I also spoke to a man named Ruben Goldstein. He spoke horribly to me as he wanted my husband who was unavailable. He threatened wage garnishment and said there is a civil suit in progress in the city we live in. What can be done to stop these SCAM Artists?

A family member of mine received a call like those mentioned about in reference to ME.  Saying much the same as the posts above:  that there is a civil claim filed against me in the city where I live and then they cite a docket number.  When I searched open dockets in my local court system no such docket exists.  In fact there aren't even enough numbers for it to BE an actual docket. So shady.

Forester and Combs.,..message says I have a claim and it is in my best interest to call back within 24 hours.  Never heard of them.  They are using a number that I never give out.

This 'Forester & Colmes" outfit does not have my phone number but somehow has obtained my father's personal cell number...whom they have continued to call and harass my father demanding & begging for my home number. My father, 60(who is a minister) when asked to give them my # tells these people that he is not at liberty to give the # out, the man on the other end of the line begins to get very loud, yelling and demanding answers and contact info about me. When my father turns the tables and begins asking numerous questions about who they are and what they want, they answer minimally and only claiming there is a civil claim, breach of contract, and legal matters will be handled through court by 5pm end of business day(this is every time they call). Now I have tried calling back all the given #'s they have passed along to my father. Not one of the numbers work! Major fraud going on here and harassment galore.

Hhhmmm very odd, i had a lady calling me saying she was from another office name, then gave me the office name mcmillan and andrews, i emailed mcmillan and andrews they gave me this number said she is with Solomon and Regerio, which nothing came up online, and someone saying his name is joseph romano gave me this number saying its for solomon and regerio, also this isn't the number she gave me, this all seems fishy, i have asked them to send me verification of debt and this lady hasn't called back, she wanted me to pay money immediately over the phone, which HELLO is stupid

Received a call with notice of an affidavit being filed against me...Searched the state's dockets and found out that such a case does not exist.

scammers, trying to collect a debt that's already been paid, threats of sheriff and force, they disclosed info to another person about you and that's definitely a no-no. Called the sheriff and police from their area and they laughed that they have better things to do than arrest you for debt, FTC complaint filed, AG, local precinct.

This company claims to be associated with the court system when in fact they are nothing more than low-life bill collectors with no morals.As I am not the person they are after it makes no sense to keep calling me and pretenting they work in the courts.I informed them today to quit calling me or else. By the way when I asked the person for her last name she hung up on me.

I'm contacting the FCC due to this man was telling me about my bosses problems and when he didn't believe that I wasn't his wife started swearing at me. The state's AG and the FCC will be notified as my husband is deceased...
