Received a call from this number no message left called back and its disconnected howcan that be when they called me from this number

This number has called me twice and it seemed like a scam, so I checked this web-board...confirmed!!

Cant believe I got this same call at 4 am in the morning I just hung because my mc isn't activated..lol dam scammers

I got a call saying me GE card was blocked due to unauthorized activity, press 1 to unlock. I dont have GE card :)

Somebody call me from that number, they said something about my credit card was approve and call to give my information. Right away I know something was wrong, I hang up

I got the same call at 1 PM today, and this could be a possible credit card scammer claiming my MasterCard was blocked. Best bet would be to go to the FTC about this issue.

they called my phone and also My husbands and son's phone between the hours of 1 AM and 3 AM

This call came in to my cell phone at 12:30 in the morning.  I was not happy.  This is definitely a scam and whoever these people are should be caught and prosecuted.

received this call at 1:31am saying my mastercard was locked, press 1 to reactivate, I hung up but no one should be calling at that hour!!!

They called me at 6:30 a.m. waking me up leaving a message saying there was suspicious activity on my MasterCard, they've been blocked from contacting me via my cell phone. Nothing like being awoken first thing in the morning by scam artists. The special place in the afterlife of people like this.

The pre recorded message said that my pre paid credit card had been compromised over seas. I don't have one and hung up, it was 2:30 am

Got a call at 2:36 am, I let the call go to voicemail before I listened to it. I could not understand the name of the bank they mentioned, but they said my paid MasterCard had been locked and to press 1 to unlock.

Got a call from them at 3:15 in the morning!!!! Same thing everyone else said!

The no call list is only good for the USA. So if they are calling from outside the USA then the Don't Call List is not valid. I get unsolicited calls all the time. They just called me at 1:45 AM.

These "Blanking" idiots just called me at 1:45 AM, stating my pre-paid CC had suspicious activity on it,,,,,,,,, I DONT OWN A PRE-PAID CC..........The only person who l I should be getting a call from at that time is either from my kids for an emergency or about my seriously ill mother. Why the heck are these idiots allowed to call at this time of the morning?? Anyone know of a number to call and complain, I doubt it would do any good.

They called on my cell phone. The recorded message didn't even have my name, said something about suspicious activity on some unnamed Mastercard, punch in some number, etc. I'm no fool! There's IS no Mastercard associated with the cell. And if there were, I still wasn't born yesterday. I hung up!

Got call said this is activity to unlock press one. Voicemail, 10s. Dubviously scam.

My husband got the Chase call too. Left a voicemail, so we didn't have to pick up. Hung up after 10sec.

Got call on my cell from this number that said my prepaid Master Card had been locked due to suspicious activity and had been locked, and to press "1" to unlock it.

Received a call from this number 888-247-0216 with a lot of static so I only heard part of the name of a credit union saying our debit card had been put on hold.  We don't bank at a credit union so I hung up.

Received this call. I pressed 1 than they hanged up. Why are they calling me? They called from 888 247 0216.  

Same exact call just happened to me.  All BS...Trying to steal Credit Card info.

These SOBs called me at 3:30am!!! Did not answer.

Also got a call stating that my card had been breached. It was not clear on which card was breached (I have a couple). And then it asked that I enter my card number... Which card? And if this were the case wouldn't I get a live person to call rather than a machine... Ok I did what every skeptical person would do. I hung up and called the same number  back.: nothing nada  -- operator intercept said "number was not in service or disconnected"  Wow. How did they get my cell number?  The other thing to check, for veracity is if you have an alternate number then your bank or card would also call that. This is more than a prank. It is a means of taking money from you or worse your identity.

Unknown caller left No message.

Got a call from this # saying my mastercard has been locked due to suspicious activity and press 1 to unlock.  When a card of mine has ever been locked for activity, they always confirm it is me (a live person!) and go through each specific suspicious appearing charge.  Government should find and jail these crooks!

Just got a call from this number at 12:56 pm.  Recorded message was a female voice saying "We regret to inform you that your [garbled] card has been suspended. Please press 1 to be transferred to our security department."  Since I couldn't make out the name of the card, I waited a few seconds, then pressed 1. Nothing happened. Being suspicious, I Googled the number and found this site. Thanks, everyone! :-)
