Grant guide 888-260-5054 scamsters.i need to make some kind of contact with them.
I am trying to cancel this membership I unknowingly signed up for,  for months now.
This was supposed to be a once off subscription.
I need this info  as i am residing in South Africa and telecommunication to solve this
problem is almost impossible.

I wonder why they charge me $30 a month, and wont stop! and everyone else, $19.99??

I am in the process of calling the 2 numbers I have for them... They have been charging me $30!!! Since JANUARY!!! I cancelled this non sense in MARCH! yet, I am still getting billed!!!

I have been charged $24.98 on my credit card.  I never autoorized this charge.  I have no idea what it is for.

I seem to be getting a charge from these so called grant people i dont see any money just you all taking the money

All you have to do is tell them you want to cancel the membership.  It took me all of 3 minutes.  Then call your credit card company and dispute the previous charges.  Make sure that after you cancel the membership and get the cancellation confirmation number that you tell them that since you have not used their service that you would like a refund for previous charges, you may get the run around then...if they do call up your credit card company and dispute them.

On 2/16/2010 we signed up with the "grant guide" for ... what it said a "ONE TIME FEE" of $11.77.
Well, since then ever single month from the 12th to the 19th of the month $24.95 has been taken out of my check.  We called the 888 260 5054 number and was on hold for about 65 mins.  BS! So, I hung up and called 1-888-261-4837 and was again placed on hold... so, I hung up again and called the same number but this time went to the sales department... of corse they will pick up then... had this lady on the other end tell me that she can't do anything but she can transfer me to customer service.  And me being a very... lets just say "rammy" personality said to her... Well, is anyone on that freakin' floor?  She said no they are all gone for the day.  Sooooo knowing this she was going to send me to another department who is gone till 8am Mountain Time... WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!  I WILL be calling the BBB!!! After I make attempt number 4 of reaching these people! We have had a total of $274.45 taken out of our account that has NOT been aproved!  We ONLY aproved the $11.77!!!

I have checked my bank statment.  Grant Guide is charging me 24.95 per month on something called Grant Guide.  I have no idea what this is about....

Aint that the truth.  Even if you try to go to your bank and get them to give you your money back from a company that I never gave financial information to in the first place.  And now I am only going to be able to get the last two months given back to me.  I am on disability and do not get much to live on, so $100 taken since March is a lot to me.  I was truly looking for a govt grant that could help me financially.  I truly thought they were legitimate, but like others,  i never got approved for any grants and i signed up for 12 different grants trying to get some assistance, some help, but only DISAPPOINTMENT, in finding out they were a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.  They do appear as a genuine company, this is how they appeared to my bank....  /  GRANT GUIDE 888-260-5054 D############ POS Debit        -19.99.,  Every month on the 8th for me.   PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAPS!!!!!!

I had subscribed for Grant Guide, but also forgotten about the TERM agreement. I have been charged 24.95 four months in a row now. Still haven't been able to cancel the membership

I have to retract my statement. I did subscribe to Grant Guide also under the name of USA Grant Applications. I had forgotten about the TERM agreement and was charged for two months of membership instead of one month like I thought I had subscribed to. After doing my research, Grant Guide does have a place to cancel your membership and it also has two phone numbers to call. I called the 1-888-260-2054 number. I had to call more than once but I DID get through. I talked to an Agent, explained to her that I no longer had need of the services of Grant Guide, and that I wanted to cancel. The lady was very nice, helpful, and even credited this month's fee back into my account. I think her name was Debbie.

Do not go there...you will become extremely frustrated and taken by this scam...See my comments below:

This is a scam!  USA Grant Applications have the following website http://www.usagrantapplications.org and when you attempt to contact them they only have a contact page to leave a message with no phone number to listed.  Charge you and refuse to refund the $24.95 stating that you did not send a message to them.  Kim & Suzie are extremely rude and unwilling to help.  They keep on saying that they are the supervisors and refuse to assist.  After insisting for the headquarters address they gave the address quickly rushing to hang up so you were unable to write it down and made rude gesturers about how incompetent I am since I am unable to write down the address and laughed when I had to call them back and hung up on me numerous occasions.  If they are not ripping you off why are they deceiving you and unwilling to help and mocking you refusing to give you good customer service and obliging to assist in the refund.  The website lists that if you are not satisfied and do not get a grant they will refund the $24.95.  Why are they not living up to what they are listing on the website!  If their product is legitimate they would have no problem in guaranteeing what they offer as per their commitment listed on the site.  The questionable behavior and lack of care for the customer sure resembles a scam and what are they hiding. Do NOT fall into the trap you will be disappointed!

My card was initially charged $24.95 followed by two more charges of $19.95 totaling  $64.89 before I realized what was happening.  When I called inquiring about these charges, they would only refund the last charge of $19.95.  How do these people get away with this????
