I received a call on 6/3/2013 @ 12:37 pm. I have caller ID and I didn't answer.
BC CALLER IS SAID UNKNOWN NAME. NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT.

I have been recieving calls for 3 months or so asking for a mrs. Tilly when i tell the foreign speaking jerk that noone lives here by that name, he proceeds to ask if im diabetic. I tell him over and over and over to take me off the call list. But forsome reason he can speak a little english but doesnt seem to understand DO NOT CALL BACK! And there has also been a female calling with the same questions as the male always ask. I have called the BBB and let them know what was going on. My opinion is that this is a scam. and it is frigging Harrassment!!!!!!!!! and im really tired of it. Any suggestions you have to help me solve this problem would be greatly apppreciated......I also spoke to Senior Network Health out of Utica NY and it is not coming from them. So Please dont give out any information to these the jerks who are calling claiming to be from Senior Health Network. aND ALSO WHEN i REQUEST TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY ALWAYS CLAIM THE SUPERVISOR IS OUT . So i said since you definitaley already have my phone number have your supervisor call me..but guess what NO CALL from supervisor!!!

Our calls are coming from "Senior Health Network - 209 233 8864, caller ID shows that to be Merced.  Thanks to this site I reported them to FTC and Wa State Attorney General office -

Almost daily I get calls from this number.  When I pick up the phone I hear just a click.  I tried calling the number and after ten rings I got the message "Lines are temporarily busy.  Please try your call later."

Since the caller does have an ID -- 800 SERVICE -- the call is not stopped by anonymous call blocking.

this outfit called me to inquiring whether anyone in the house was diabetic- they called two days in a row- I figured it was a scam- told them it was none of their  business who was or wasn't a diabetic in the house and I would take them to court if they kept calling-

Numerous calls from  1-888-262-4437 at all hours of the day and night.   Thick foreign voice that is hard to understand.  If we do not answer no message is left on machine. Recently it sounds like the voice is saying " I am calling from Senior Medical ____ ".   I fear this is a SCAM for Seniors who are already concerned about status of their medical care...trying to scam them out of money.

Months ago had same issue, but then they were saying I owed money to some company I never heard of and certainly did not owe money to.  They are obviously SCAM artists.

I called my phone provider (QWest) 1-800-582-0655
They instructed me to report this problem to :
1.  Federal Trade Commission: 1-877-382-4357
2.  My State Attorney Generals Office  (in WA  1-800-551-4636)
3.  The Federal Trade Communication  ( 877-382-4357)

I am already on the Do Not Call roster.....to no avail.  I called the DNR complaint line  877-382-4357.  They said tghey will "enter my complaint into the system and if they get more complaints on this number it will be investigated".

Continually calling and I am on the "NO Calls list" offered by the govt.  Their calls always hang up on me and cost me a usage fee on my cellular.  Get these people off the phone lines they are a Royal PAIN!!

Got a call from this number today. This is a scam that is going on with Swish Marketing folks. Please fill out a FTC Complain form because this crap is not an accident.

So this call is from a forwarded number. That is why you never see the Caller ID. It is a process called call spoofing so they can get pass the Do Not Call directory and not get caught.

On my call today, the foreign worker ask for a Rachel Parson. The worker could not even correctly announce the name in the broken foreign accent. I continued to play along, acting as if I could not hear her for about 30 sections. Then, I turned the tables and stated...which is the law by the way..."This call is being recorded and will be turned over to the local police". I then begun to tell her that she was harassing me by calling my phone daily.

She then attempted to "clear" herself by stating this is the first time she called the phone. I told her directly, this is a lie and you are a lier because my phone is being tracked by the local police department and they have a record of you calling my phone on a daily basis.

Next, she called me a liar. I turned and stated, "You are attacking me now?" Then, she proceeded to hang up the phone. Upon a return call to the number, it had a busy signal...which confirmed it is a spoofing number. I had her on the phone for about three minutes in total and recorded the entire call on my Blackberry for turnover to the local police department.

This is the ONLY way we will stop these criminal scammers.

Just received a call from 888-262-4437 the person spoke in Spanish for my husband when I asked "Who is calling?" the girl hang up on me.
How did these people get my number when I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST?  This very upsetting that my number was put on the DO NOT CALL LIST and these people are still calling me.

I get call from this number on a daily basis. I don't answer because the number is not in my caller ID. I wait until the phone finishes ringing and then I call the number back and all I get is a busy signal. I don't know who this is but I will never answer calls I don't recognize nor private calls

I'm not sure why, but I've gotten a surge in 800 #'s calling lately. I tried to call this number back and it doesn't even ring, just silence. It's bizarre.

This number calls often and disconnects several seconds after answering. I've tried to call the number back on different days and always receive the all circuits are busy message. But the circuits are only busy to that number?

Just got a call from these guys claiming to be AT&T wanting to upgrade my long distance service.  I asked the person what account number they had for me and we got disconnected.  (on purpose?)

This is the same rap I was getting from 307-215-1002 recently.  I think they just moved to a different re-dialer.

A foreign guy said he was with AT&T I said did you know when were on the do not call list he said yes. He said he was with AT&T I asked why it didnt show AT&T on the caller ID he said and I quote "Oh F***" I don't need this harassment

I also receive calls almost on a daily basis from this number, however I never answer calls that are not "in" my caller ID.

I call the number back and only get a message that "this call can not be completed at this time, please try again later....".

Just ignore it and move on....nothing will happen....

I have received about 5 phone calls in the last two days from these people. The last two times I picked up to say hello the first guy said he was from AT&T and said I owe them some money. I told them never been with AT&T and never will. When I asked about speaking to a manager he got upset with me call me some names then hunp up. The next day the same guy calls me back and said that he was with health net work and my check I sent to them failed and please send one more. The dumb a** did not remember me. I started to laugh at him he ask me why I was doing that. When I told him he just said crap and hung up the phone.

I just received a phone call from 888 262 4437. When they asked for me, I told them that I was not who they asked for, and they just hung up in the middle of my sentence.

I got a call from this number claiming to be from the "Senior Health Network".  They asked if anyone in my household suffers from diabetes, and whether I am the one who takes care of their supplies.  I suspect that they are connected with the identity theft scam that called a few days ago claiming to be "Christian Healthcare Network" calling from 888-777-0737 offering to supply diabetic supplies and CPAP supplies with NO copay or deductible for our current insurance, at no cost to us!  Not believing that we could really get something like that for nothing, I looked them up and found this site, and found that they use that number and another using the name "Christian Diabetic Supply".  From one account, and from the way they operate, it appears that their intention is to acquire our healthcare ID information for identity theft and insurance fraud.  I hope that helps.

I get a message saying "Were sorry your call did not go thru, please try again" and some beeps trying to mimic the phone company.

Its another of the millions of scams these days.  Hang up and forget it.

AND MOST IMPORTANT NEVER, NEVER GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!

According to "Kelly" I qualify for free cell phones from AT&T. Oh joy!! I HATE TELEMARKETERS!!! I'd rather be audited by the IRS daily than have to listen to these c**** jockeys try to get into my wallet.

They called yesterday - claiming to be with AT&T (more like IT&T = India).  Offered me a discount on my internet with an increase in speed.  They were going to up me from 1.5 megs to 6 for only $69.95/mo.  I told her that $70 was 3 times what I'm paying and wasn't a discount.  She then tried to explain how much faster my internet would be.  I told her that I can only read my email 'so fast' - don't need it be be faster.  She was confused and started her schpeil all over again - talking so fast there's no way anyone can interact without interrupting.  I let her get through it all, then asked another confusing question.  Then she started again....  I spoke over her rambling quite loudy with a 'no thank you, have a nice day' and just hung up.  I enjoy wasting their time, but I had better things to do.
I can't wait to see how telling her "NO" 3 times will alter my phone bill.   We'll see.
* Also, I'm on the do-not-call list and have had to call AT&T at least 8 times in the past few months over crap like this.  I'm on a PIC freeze and other types of things that prevent changes to my account.  I don't have any faith those things will work.

I got a call from this number today and the caller said they were from AT&T.  Fat chance.

just got a call from that number and they said they were with At&T !!!! I don't fault the people who do the calls, they are just tools. It's the ones in the suits, who you can never identify, nor ever will. People like that who hide behind their corporate skirts are cowardly and on the lowest rungs of human morality.
