I did not pick up and caller did not leave a message - just hung up

I am being spammed by this number.  It call and says that they are returning my call.  I have never called this number.  They are using misleading information and just plan lying

missed call, no msg.

Sorry, the caller ID was Toll Free.  No company name given.

So tired of junk calls like this.  Their autodial prerecorded message, didn't realize it hit voicemail, it thought I answered and hung up, then called back.  The only part of the message I could hear was regarding a chance for modification.  This is right in line with what is said here.  F'em.

I placed this number on ID block.

They called today; first time I've noted this particular number.  I'm not sure why they asked me about my mortgage since we lease an apartment here.

Called today for the first time.  It would be nice. . . IF I owned this apartment building!  They don't even know if they're calling renters or homeowners.

I get a recorded "call" from Heather from this phone number at least once daily to tell me about the HAMP program.  No matter what options I choose I cannot reach a human, I have also used their option 2 to opt out more than once but they still keep calling.  I am about to go postal!  I want their address to send a cease and desist letter but am not sure how to get it.  I have had it with these a** hats!

Got a call from this number just now except her name was "Heather." She wants to help me "fill out" some mortgage papers and to call her back? The funny thing was that I was on my cell phone with my lender, at that same time! They want you to apply to their mysterious company so they can take all your info and sell it or use it for something sleazy. I've received so many of these now. Guess I'll have to call the States Attorney's office again and let them know of this mortgage scam, too. Supposedly, it's good to get all the "Heathers and Amys" phone numbers on record even though you never really deal with them, so it'll show a pattern to police, etc that they can trace, if needed.

This number is a referral agencey getting paid for leads to lenders.  By the way Amy is not listed in the company directory?  It is just a made up name.  I did reach Jessica who was not listed in the directory but came on the line after I eneterd several names?

Received a message from "Amy" on the answering machine re: a government settlement with our bank offering debt reduction on our mortgage call 888 264 4935.
Am on the DNC list.  Enough!  This is harrassment.  The thrid call today from telemarketers!

Yes I got the same robo message today 9/18/2012 at 12:48 pm stating that they could refinance my mortgage.

The CID showed private name and private number.

I don't understand why people just can't get real jobs and not have to deal with the threat of being arrested or sued for illegal activites. I wonder what their mothers think of them? Oh they probably don't have a mother, that's why they have grown up to be psychopaths who prey on people for their own profit and enjoyment.

Judgement day will be interesting for them.

"Amy" says she can help refi or lower interest rate on my mortgage even if I'm underwater due to a "new government program" and even if I've been denied before. Most calls will hang up once they get my answering machine, but she left the robo message.

These messages are scary. How do they get your info? Seniors beware this is a scam; remember never give your information to anyone who calls you then asks for personal information. Hang up!

A scam.  "Amy" said she was calling back regarding my mortgage.  I never called anyone and don't have a mortgage.

Someone named "Amy" called and left a voicemail saying I can lower my mortgage payments. Caller ID number was blocked but her message said to call 888-264-4935

A new one - just great.  Wanting to help me with refinancing my home.  Yeah, right.
