this call from 1877,343 3631 keeps coming in saying they need my hr rep to serve me papers Ms davisx 158

Ok, the name references the two different names the same person has used so far to leave messages on my work phone.  If I don't call back they are going to contact my HR to see how to go about serving me at my place of work.......hahahah, joke is on you - the sammer, my work does not allow you to serve me here! Now you have officially been notified.

I keep getting the same calls, also from a Ms. Davis, but at ext 155 and to reference a case number.  However she doesn't identify where she is calling from or what it's about.  I've consulted my attorney about these scams and he verified that's exactly what they are. Do NOT give them any information.  He told me if someone was really wanting to serve you papers at your workplace or at your home, they don't call you first and give you warning - they just do it!  I, too, have applied for stuff online, and I have no doubt this is where my info came from or they are pulling tidbits of info from past loans I have had that are paid in full. It's CRAP!  Report them to the Better Business Bureau!

THIS COMPANY NAME IS ON MY PAYROLL CHECK AND IN TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY CHECK FOR A CASE THAT I NEVER EVEN WENT TO COURT FOR. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS? HOW CAN MY PAYROLL BE GARNISHED AND I NEVER WENT TO COURT? I TALKED TO MY H/R PERSON THEY SAID THIS WAS COURT ORDERED? HOW DID I NOT KNOW ...I CALLED THE NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THEIR IS NOTHING I CAN DO BUT LET THEY TAKE ....I NEED A GOOD LAWYER

This lady leaves me a message her name is Ms. Davis from Capital Associates.  She says there's a fraudelent check case against me and says to call her immediately or have my attorney call her or they'll come to my place of employment & garnish my wages. She give me her extension of 158 and to call back right away and gives me a case # to refer to.  This is a scam if I ever heard one...I've gotten calls of this matter before cause I applied for something on line and this is how they got my info.
