They are calling me as well in Texas, except mine is from a Mike West, saying he has charges against me and he told my business to my co teacher.  She told him to serve me and he got upset, called again at 8am today saying my last chance to call and he has a physical address to serve papers.

Well Ms.Samathna King has a new number Bor Mediation 1-888-289-7568 I have been trying to pay off my loans and all these payday loans companys don't want to talk to lawyers. It has been a year and now this woman keeps calling my phone I keep telling them call my lawyer and fax them the paper work

Husband and I have also rcvd a call from this company, said they are from BLR Mediation in NY, which doesn't exist from what we can find. They are asking for our bank information to pay, they will not send a bill or anything with information about what the bill is they are trying to collect. We are working with the local States Attorney Office in our county. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BANK INFORMATION

Keep getting calls from 888-283-6516 saying they are a process server and want to serve me. They have called my job, giving the same info to who ever answers the call saying I have a suit against me. I called and asked them to stop calling me because my boss is tired of it but they won't!! I asked for a physical address so I could follow the law and send them a certified letter asking them not to call me but they won't give me an address or even their business name!! Is there anything that I can do???

Hello Im having the same problem however these people are calling family and friends, they even showed up at my uncle house telling him that I have arrest warrants out for me.  Im so tired of this...  I just would like it all to stop.  i even asked for some proof of what I so owe.  Im not sure where there getting there info because they dont have my address and ive been here for over 3yrs.  I just dont understand.

I agree with you. I am very skeptical about giving my credit card information over the phone to lord knows who is on the other end. I have asked several times to mail me something with the "Debt" I supposedly owe and a phone number and address to where I can mail the payment to after I conduct a research. They still have failed to provide me with any information, so therefore I am not giving out any of my financial information to them period! They were calling my job and cell numerous times a day threatning and harrassing me. My co-worker finally go on the phone with them and told them that this was a scam and to quit calling (and we also filed a FTC report on them) and they have not called since.

I am being harassed by this company and would like for it to stop. They have inaccurate information and are very short. They refuse to give me any additional information I am speaking about. This isn't the first company to call and try this with me. I have paid over $1000.00 in payments thinking I was doing the right thing by paying my debts and now this..

Wow, you don't know any one's situation on here and have no right slamming people. I have never taken out a PAYDAY loan and never will, so it is very frustrating that they call my job and cell 20 times a day requesting that I give them my credit card number without an explanation what far. I have seen to many people get scammed by individuals and companies like these. So before they call threatning me they need to get there facts straight first.

**SCAM ALERT!!! THESE PEOPLE CAN BE SUED**

I started getting calls from a different agency about a month ago, saying that they were processing "worthless check" charges against me in a state that I no longer reside in. When I pressed for further information, they told me that it was for a pay day loan (which I hadn't taken) and that if I didn't send a money gram to them then charges would be filed against me. I have a friend who worked in collections so I called her to see what all this was about because I knew it had to be illegal to give out some one's ss# over the phone, she confirmed my suspicions. Then I got a call from my sister, who lives in a separate state & has a different last name, and she was telling me that they called her & when she answered they told her that I was going to go to jail & she could keep me out by sending the money gram, etc. At that point I was FURIOUS so I went to my local police department to tell them about this and to have some kind of documentation of the issue. When the local detective called the "business" they gave him attitude, wouldn't tell them where their physical address was, and basically told him to shove off. so then I got a lawyer & the calls stopped
UNTIL TODAY! they called a family friend, although it was a different "agency"  I know what this is all about. I hope my lawyer can rope them in to the lawsuit too. She informed me that these people break in to data bases all over the country of pay day loans & that there is no way they can come after you. Most of these "process servers" are just old debt collectors who can find good new info on people. These scumbags work from home, have cell & private land lines to harass people, and are people who have no education and should go work at mcdonalds (that would be more credible than what they're doing now).
CALL: kenneth Hiller law offices if you have the desire to ring these people out & set the president that they can't do this to people & get away with it. If you want to take action, call ASAP because as easy as these "process servers" go up, they easily just tare them down & move on....

Indiana. I've filed an Attorney General complaint and sent a certified letter to the alleged debtor (Impact Cash) asking for written proof of any debt....doubt I'll get a response, but at least I can then notify the credit bureau's because I believe somebody has tampered with my identity.

Tell them the next time they call you are aware this is an extortion scam, have notified the FBI, your local law enforcement and attorney and hang up.

The number 888-283-6516 literally called me 40 times on my cell at work yesterday and they're at it again this morning. I lashed out and cussed the guy out yesterday and he still won't quit. I can't block the number because they call from a private #, but the 888 # is what they left on my voicemail.

Same thing..woman called my hotel room though!! Huge privacy. Huge privacy violation.  Fake names etc. Threatened to come serve me at the hotel...LOL. I dont buy their scam...I dont have collections or credit cards etc. I reported then to the ftc. Speaking to hotel tomorrow about my expectation of privacy and hotel privacy laws.

I received a call today on my cellphone from a restricted number.  I had a threatening voicemail from a Matt Potter saying to call 888-283-6516 regarding a claim and stated I needed to provide my address and place of employment.  I have not called back after I searched the numbers and saw all the post.

Good for you S.E. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling my job but they continue to do so. I will also be reporting them to the FTC if it continues. They also ask for my supervisor when they call which is totally not right.

I have received several harrassing calls from Charles or Carl Sampson. He says he is a process server which is clearly a lie since process servers get paid to serve papers, not to have people call an 800 number. He calls from a private number to my work and cell phone. He calls at least 5-6 times a day. He spoke with my administartor and gave her information that legally he is not allowed and threatened that he is coming to my job and it won't be pretty if he does. He won't give any information about the creditor or the debt that he is supposedly calling about. He just says that charges are being brought against me.  I have reported him to the FTC and will continue to follow-up with them.

I called the # Samantha King gave me earlier today (866-283-6516) and its BOR Mediation (blue ocean recovery mediation), can't find them anywhere on the web. They have my name and SSN, trying to collect on a payday loan I've never had from a company called Impact Cash/RBT Loans. Said this compay is suing me for breech of contract & check fraud from 2009. They also stated I could talk to their case manager, because once "served" I will have to go to court. The whole thing sounds illegal.

Has anyone gotten one from a Maria Martinez AKA: Process Server? They are very harassing, I have told them repeatedly to stop calling my job and they still continue too. I have pulled up the FTC rules and laws regarding harrassing, guess that's my next step. Keep wanting me to give them my credit card information REALLY??? I have no clue who you are. .
