I got a call back in Late April and they said I have a debt with a collection company. To make it short, I gave them my card number and they took out payments. I'm not used to having debts, so I was sold on what they were saying. (I feel ultimately foolish to fall for this). What can I do now? Is there a way I can get that money back? Maybe Dispute? Anyways, unfortunately its been awhile so I don't have details, but on my bank statement I see Allied Associates, Chandler Arizona.

I have received several calls from this place looking for my husbands ex.  First Lady left a very hateful message saying she had talked to her and payment wasn't made as promised and that she has now verified her address.  If she doesn't pay, charges will be filed.  I tried to call back number on caller Id but it wouldn't take incoming calls.  Called the 800 number and got hateful right back.  Told them that if their investigator did their job, they would know this was not and never had been her number AND the fact that she was remarried w a knew last name should have tipped them off to that.  Also, told them that this lady better not show up at MY house (which has also never been hers) or dare to call me again.  Found out it was an old payday loan that was never paid and she had probably closed the account as she does regularly, as well as kiting checks.  I gave them ALL of her current at the time info, including address, phone, cell, new boyfriends cell (she divorced again), etc!  Now a few weeks ago, I got another voicemail.  This lady was nicer, but it called again and told them she has not and will not EVER reside here or have this number and to quit calling.  Gave them again updated info, including her new last name and her for the minute husbands name.  Vengeful, yes!  But maybe she will learn not to give our number as a reference, which she has on numerous occasions and we get the calls when she dodges paying her bills!  

This guy has been calling and it's really annoying. The number he calls from is 248-795-5923 and he give me 888-306-9430 to call back.  I never pick up his calls. He threatens to harass my "references" and to come to my place of work, but he needs to know where I work or where I live.  Ummmm...no.  Stop calling me.

Called from 888 306 9430 stating I have a claim against me requesting my address.  Nope don't think so....

Same thing just happened I was like ummm you have my phone number if it's something serious they should have my address. Shawn archer

Called me twice today at work demanding me to verify my address with some type of claim...when I asked what claim he said he was not given that information that he, Rodney Carter was only to verify my address to serve me my claim.  I told him you called me why don't you have all my information then I hung up.  He called back threatening to get my employer envolved.  Really?  Call back # was 888-306-9430  How can this be legal?

Got a call today to call them back at 8883069430 and they have a claim against me. I just got this number and they were able to get my information!!

A person calling himself Ron Vance with Allied Associates said they bought a debt that I owe to a Vandelier Group, LLC. I asked him to send me a letter verifying the debt. I was told he could only send an email because they are "green" company. So I told him to send me the email. I in turn forwarded that email to the state's attorney general's office. The attorney's office told me that a "green" company was a new one and that this company is not a valid company and this was a scam and to totally ignore them.

From the number 888-406-9430. He called my friend. Demanded payment today. Who should I call to report this issue? I'm thinking we'll start with local police. Claimed she took out a payday loan.

This person says they are from Allied & Associates.  I have an address: 3961 E. Chandler Blvd Suite:111 Phoenix, AZ 85048.  But nothing is verified with this address.  He had my SS, a Bank Account (which is not mine)  Says it is a payday loan from 2011, I never have taken a LOAN anywhere!  I am so Angry at these people!!!! This phone number belongs to other companies, never identifies with Allied & Associates!  I am sending this complaint to the Attorney General's Office...

This guy has called my cell and office phone 12 times in the last hour and has left 1 message but never stating where he is from or what company to contact just this phone number to call. Stating the need to verify an address to serve me. Well if you have all this information on me...how to you not have my address. Legitimate callers do not harass because it is illegal and do not provide your personal information over the phone and esp not on vm.

Called from 859-474-1401 8 times in 11 minutes yesterday called 4 times in 2 minutes yesterday left 855-244-9370 same message

calling my job disturbing me.They need to quit calling me I don't owe them anything!

Someone referencing this number calls me 3 times back to back. They are not identifying what company they are calling from. Next step is the FTC.

This guy named Eric Steel keeps calling my office phone and cell phone and leaving messages like he is representing some type of legal services or law firm. He never identifies the so called company he works for. He tries to act like he has some type of case against me and to call him back at this number 888-306-9430. I googled this number and it belongs to a Florist.
