This outfit said they were from Rescom Positive Energy and I told them I'd check with my husband if we wanted to change for a lower rate.  They gave me this number and when I called back - numerous times - they answer with a "goodbye" and we're disconnected.  Is this a scam or what!!!

it is a fake H&R block "your credit card has been frozen...to reactivate your card please enter the 16 digit # now"     Then, I put in a fake # and a British accent read back the #'s.   You could tell it was a crappy microphone he used at his computer...but to end this story I just reported the number to the FCC...also the other ph# I received in an exact same message a few hours later  which is 1-713-955-0141.  
 Tomorrow I am calling the Florida State Atty office and reporting it to them also.
