Interesting everyone says it's Sprint...we don't have Sprint service and I got a call this morning. And, since we don't do business with them, this call was totally illegal.

Called sprint today regarding an employee discount.  Took 5 calls to customer service plus 4 times completing the verification online in december.   Since employee vefication took so long on sprints side our discount for December will not be applied.  Customer service can not do anything for us and were extremely unhelpful.   Talked with management they were totally useless.  Pretty much unwilling to help and that it was not there fault that the system would not take.   Anyone else having issues with this all I can say is good luck to you!

Replying that the service you rec'd was unsatisfactory does not make Sprint bring jobs back to the US - it makes the customer service reps who actually helped you get low grades and not make their sales satisfaction quota - thus ensuring they won't get bonuses, raises, etc. You should always support the service reps who help you - if they did a great job.  This is not the venue to get Sprint to stop outsourcing....

The person who said they get foreigners when they talk to sprint must be mistaken. I have had sprint as my cell service for 25 years and have never had a foreigner when I called customer service. I always ask where they are located but everyone has spoken English clearly (some have southern or east coast accents). I do not now or have ever worked for sprint.

This a collection agency for Tech management Group. I never answer and they leave a auotomated msg.

PLEASE PEOPLE! This number is from an AUTOMATIC satisfaction survey from Sprint.  If you called them for technical support or something else, THEY WILL CALL YOU FROM THIS NUMBER. It's an autobot so NO REAL PERSON will be at the other side so it is NOT unprofessional.

I got a call from this 888-312-3715, turns out this is a company doing a automated survey for Sprint.

Everyone aboce me whos complaining about an automated "how was your recent visit to our sprint store" survey is a moron.  you people is whats wrong with society.  stop being so paranoid its not a collections agency, and if you think it is maybe you should pay your bills and stop being defensive

This is from Sprint. It's a computerized message regarding a customer satisfaction survey. I phoned them recently regarding getting an extension to pay my bill.  This call was just a survey with 5 easy questions asking you to rate your experience with them on your last phone call.  You can opt out not to take the survey - you press 1 to complete the survey and 2 not to take the survey and so forth.

missed call from this number, if it is sprint, you would think they could have it automaticly put in your phone as being sprint, not some random number

that # IS Sprint.   It is a Customer Satisfaction Survey # which is automated.....they don't leave a message, they will call back until you answer.....it is regarding your recent contact with Sprint Customer Service.

This is from Sprint.  I called Sprint the day prior to receivin this automated call to set up a payment arrangement.  The reason for the call from this 888-312-3715 number was to complete a customer satisfaction survey.  It only took a few minutes, if that.  It wasn't mandatory to take the survey; I could've simply hung up.  But I did take the survey.  It was basically answering questions on a 1-5 rating scale (with 1 being very satisfied and 5 being the least satisfied, for example).

I got rid of sprint and switched to t-mobile and still get call's from this number, W.T.F.

This is an autobot call. It cannot leave a message. You only get this call if you have used Sprint Customer Service or called their billing division.

They do not ask ANY personal questions, and calling them back from a landline is perfectly fine.

this is sprint customer service survey line. the recording states if you call from your cell there is no charge. I went ahead and took the survey because the service i got with the last rep was very helpful.

Received 2 calls from 888-312-3715 today between 10 & 11 AM.  No ID noted. Caller did not leave a message either time.  If you can not ID yourself or leave a message, DO NOT CALL!
