they just stole from me 2 can i get it back?

Placed a $9.55 charge on my credit card without my authorization. No clue as to who or what they are. Called to complain and there is never an answer. Had to call my credit card company to dispute. Stole from me on 2/16/10.

I saw this charge as well and after researching this was for a magazine that had been signed up for. I did not want the magazine and called them for a refund and got all my money back. I am good.

they gave me a full refund. I got my money back.

THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AS WELL FOR $18.57.  LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES FOR THEM, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THEM.  THEN GOOGLED THEIR NAME AND NUMBER AND FOUND THIS WEBSITE.  CALLED AND CANCELED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY!

I rarely use my credit card, especially online.  I noticed this charge after I had taken the CPR/First Aid course on-line.  Just to be on the safe side, I closed my credit card account.  What is going on?? Any idea what I should do?

I signed up for that CPR course also.  Must have missed the small print that said I would be getting a magazine subscription and it would cost $18.47.  I called the number from my credit card statement this morning and they were very cordial, found my name, the charge, and said they would reverse it.  It should take about 4 business days, I was told.  We'll see.  I'll check my credit card next week and verify.  If I don't write anymore, assume all went well.  Buyer beware, eh?

I talked to my bank this morning, they called the 888 number, and the lady on the other end said that I signed up for a 30-day free trial when I signed up for the online CPR/AED class.  They company cancelled the subscription and refunded my money...so all is well.  Hope that helps

I just had 18.57 from my account using the same card I purchased my CPR/AED course,  I used the American Health Care Academy.  That's the only thing I've purchased online in the past few months.  Did you use the same company?  Could this be more than a coincidence?

Did anyone do an online CPR cert course?  Thats the only way I can think of they would have my card #...
