I just received a voicemail from this phone number giving me a case number and asking to speak to me in reference to what they believe to be an outstanding debt from 2010.  When called back, they stated that they needed a statement in reference to a judgement associated wtih my social security number and posed as an Investigator (Richards) from the county that I currently work and live in.  They were then told to cease contact with me for all purposes or I would have charges filed against them for harassment.  I have been through this before earlier this year and have already reported it to and received a case number with my local police department.  The police department states this is a SCAM and that by no means give any information to them.  They also stated that they have NO Investigators associated with the police department would EVER contact you asking or giving such personal information in exchange for any statements or monies at any time and they have noone on staff making such calls for their stated purposes (they would mail a summons to you if information was needed).  

Called and said they had a judgement against me! Checked with my creditor and they said it was a scam.
