They called my job and my father threatening me with court summons and fraud charges. They call themselves Progressive Law firm.

They keep calling me looking for my sister. Even when I tell them not to call me anymore, they continue to call.... annoying.

I have received calls along with friends of my family members from 888-332-8042 saying that they have a law suit filed against me and they are going to arrest me. I called the company spoke to a Ms Gaines. gave her my attorney number she advised they are coming to my job this friday I contacted the FTC, the state attorney of Florida and Miami Dade Economic Crime unit. If anyone comes near my house or job they will be arrested for harassment. If anyone is getting these calls please file a complaint with www,ic3..gov These people are calling from cell phones and they answer the phone as Progressive but will not give their address They hang up when you ask for an address.

Somehow got family phone numbers and threatening to have me locked up. And when I said I was recording their call and they hung up on me! Claims they are progressive law firm

Saying they need a card on file for a debt or else someone will be issuing court papers at place of employment
