Caller states they are with verizon and had our names but called on home phone .....they ARE  NOT PART OF VERIZON WIRELESS confirmed with customer service and noted my verizon account and notified of phishing  - PHISHING - REPORT THIS NUMBER

call I got was from a so-called Verizon Loyalty Team, funny thing is that they called my non-verizon home phone..... checked with verizon, number is not in their data base, so it is a phishing scam.
