Dish tv sucks....
1. My husband had the hockey channel added on for a extra fee... They not only billed him once for this
they billed his credit card twice... We found it was taken out the first time.
They continue to refuse to refund the 2nd payment that they stole.
2. then they did they same thing again the following year... we said enough is enough
3. We sent in the equipment that they were going to bill the credit card company a $18.02
return fee... Well we got a bill from them a couple weeks ago.. and they said the credit card was
denied... again another attempt of double billing.... ain't going to work...
4. Then on top of that my roof were the dish remains are is now leaking...this roof is less than 4
years old.. We should be billing THEM to repair the roof.

I cancelled dish when they lost all local channels..they have been sending me a cancellation bill for 440 bucks that I refuse to pay.  They call every day to harass  me about it..I don't know what will happen but I have no plan in paying for something I am not recieving

They are calling me from multiple numbers every day about my roommate's bill and leaving messages for him on my voicemail. I'm getting really sick of them, and at some point I'm going to answer and tell them off in the nastiest way I possibly can.

get several calls from Dish network, Cancelled service and sent everything back.  they keep calling.  

Guy called from this number saying he was our AT&T assigned rep and wanted to know who was in charge of the bill.  I said if you are the rep, why don't you know that?  He said his name was Elija.  Gave 855-287-5251 as a call back number.

This is NOT Dish calling, rather scammers trying to obtain personal information such as credit card numbers from you.

Dish network collection calls.  Never have been a Dish customer ( and never will be!), I've told them six times that this number does not belong to the person that they are looking for.  Each time, they assure me that the number has been removed from their system and I shouldn't get any more calls.  But the calls continue.  Filed a complaint with the FTC.

I get robocalls from these idiots telling me my bill is overdue, and threatening to cut off my service.  I have never had service from these morons!!  I don't know how they got my number.  When I try to speak to a human being I get put on permahold, and I am not going to wait no hold for an hour just to tell them to stop calling me.

Dish is terrible!!!!  I called to cancel my service and was told I would have a credit on my acct. since I paid a month in advance when signing up with them.  2 weeks later they took a payment out of my bank acct.  It took 3 phone calls and 3 weeks to get the money back.  They also sent my box for their equipment return to my old address even though I had given them the new address...hence the reason I was cancelling service, I was moving.  I called to say they had sent the box to the old address and gave them my new address again.  They turned right around and sent another box to the old address.  So I had to go over and retrieve both boxes and send my equipment back.  Now they are calling threatening to cut off my service.  I have not had service with them since March.  They are absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!  Maybe this is why they were voted in the top 5 for the worst customer service and they also hold a ranking for having  one of the worst ratings by their own employees!!!!!

Received call today and every day from a Spanish-speaking-robocall.

These people call us every single day. We can't get rid of them

I was getting a call from this number for someone else that I didn't know. Kept asking for a Hispanic name... We have never had Dish, we've only ever had DirecTV. When I called back to speak with someone to tell them, hey you've got the wrong number etc, the lady kept saying "This is you're first time getting Dish?"  and asking me how/when I wanted it set up, and I kept telling her no.. you keep calling me. Finally I told her I'd like to speak with a manager or something and she said, "Ok, hold on," and sent me back to the flippin' recording at the beginning of the call.. grrrr

They say it's DISH, but we switched a month ago to Xfinity.  We cancelled them 5 weeks ago because of pricing, but they are still calling me

I do not have dish network nor have I every had this company as a provides.

These calls are repeated. automated.  When you call back, no answer.  They say it is about my account , yet the connection says not in service?  We cancelled the account, sent back the box with the correct equipment as described on the box and now, they are hounding us?  Yet, no answer if I call about or no line in service?  Very irritating.

My story is similar.  I never signed the contract.  But they signed it for me with my name!  I moved and cancelled and they are trying to charge me for leaving before the contract is done.  What contract?  I didnt sign a contract!  So they call me every day, automated caller.  I have a bill from them for early cancellation and a daily call for harrassment.  I have contacted an attorney.  He is interested in a class action suit.  He's looking for others interested in joining in.  SheltonLegal.net

Dish TV called three times...we have never had service..stop threatening to cut off service!

I have never had dish network in my life and recieve a call every two days aboit a past due ballence and have been taken off of their call list three times already. I doubt this is actually dish network because if this is how they run their company how is it still in business???

This is yet another robo call number from Dish Network. Calling me daily saying I'm past due but the name on account is someone else. Same thing with 866-668-8047.

I have been getting these phone calls from DISH 1-888-337-3474 for a couple weeks.  I cancelled my service over 4 months ago. They say I have a balance of $18...something. I had a clear balance when I cancelled and switched to DirecTV.

I called DISH today after reading these complaints and the man (with a heavy accent I could hardly understand) said I had to pay "For the box you received to return your equipment". I said, "NO. I will not pay for a box. I never agreed to that, and you will not rip me off. I'm not a gullible stupid person."  He said, "Let me talk to my supervisor"  After a brief hold he came back and said, "After talking with my supervisor, and deciding that you didn't agree to these terms, we will reverse these charges from your account"

I said, "WOW, gee, THANKS for not making me pay for something I never agreed to pay - you're doing me SUCH A GREAT FAVOR" *rolleyes and insert heavy sarcasm here*

The charges were removed. SO DO NOT EVER MAKE THIS PAYMENT. They told us when we switched a box would be sent out FREE OF CHARGE to return their equipement and if everything was returned, there would be no charge.  We were DISH customers for many, many years (at least 9?) and I'm really disappointed in their little scam. I'm sad to know some people will just pay it b/c they are scared of them.

i read all posts and dish network does not even have my number in their system associated with our old account. this is spam and i am on the "NO CALL" list. I guess that does not work as i have been registered for almost 5 years. obviouly someone is selling my number

Started receiving these calls about three weeks ago every evening asking for payment for a past due account for another person.  I have had Direct TV since 2000.  I contacted them and the technician acted dumb and said I needed to talk with customer service.  He transferred me back to Option 1 for an existing customer or Option 2 for a non-customer.  So, I filed  complaint with the Missouri Attorney Generals Office.  Hopefully they will stop these harassing phone calls.

This phone number is starting to call me now!!! I gave up Dish Network a while ago because for one they kept raising the price of the service which they said they would not do and then they lied to me said that AMC was a channel they never get rid of and they actually got rid of this channel 29 days after I signed up for it. Well I went to Comcast which they gave me a better deal they gave me 250 channels plus high speed internet for $20.00 more than my bill with Dish Network. I guess this is what they get for one lying to me about payment and the AMC

Called me on my NEW phone number, wanting money from me. I'm 19 and haven't owned any TV service let alone paid for any bill. My family uses Comcast on top of this ridiculous fallacy. called me three times before the incident at 8:13 PM, Friday 01-11-13.

I'm really pissed. I bought a new phone (Cricket HUWEI), and have been getting calls from DISH!!! I've tried telling them to go away, but I get about 1 call a day!!!!
