This creep mario keeps calling me asking for some lady ive never heard of when i asked who he was he avoided the question and asked mecmy name over and over. I told him im not telling him my name 'till he gave me his then he accused me of havng something to hide the. He said it dosnt matter who either of us are just that the person theyer looking for owes them money i saved the call and the second msg they left me

ncs is a collection agency for car insurance collections van nuys, california is the one im dealing with...car accidents, not paying for insurance when u owe them n what not ncs is verry addamit bout getting there money they do have privet invesdigaters that will find u they r verry rude untill u cooperate and if they submit a review to the courts they can have ur license suspended because accidents tickets insurance frad all that is a driveing vialation and driving is a privlage not a rite (i say bs on that tho) its not rite...but its only to get ur attention not acually a full suspention as soon as u talk to them or set up payments on time its re instated and there not as agressive lol intrest rates at 25$ a mo suck tho tell them to stop intrest any legal actions get added to ur bill they dont pay a cent for anything

Well I just called this Number and they answered NCS. I asked them who they are and they hung up. I called back again and said I received a phone call from you people and I want to know why. They did not even give me a chance to tell them my name and again very fast hung up on me. They seem really shady to me and if they will not even tell you who they are they must be a scam.

They keep calling asking for two people that don't even live at this address leaving threatening messages

These idiots have been calling me for MONTHS. And there's nobody by the name of Daniel or Danielle at this phone number. Apparently telling them this does not stop them from calling.

Found this info for your interest someone Recieved a call from this number 818-701-4400  and 888-355-4400 early in the morning and late in the evening. They are obviously a collection agency of some kind, with no regard for collection laws, if you recieve any phone calls from this number report them immediately, as this is a collection scam. Hired a PI to investigate and called the FBI whom advised they are already on there watch list for criminal activity.

Attempted to get my SSN & DOB accusing me of hitting a parked car a. Could not tell me what kinda of car I had or where this happened - SCAM big time - somebody needs to shut these b*****ds down! I never hit a parked car. Hung up on me when I told them I was calling the FBI.....

Calls at all hours. First call I got was at 3am saying that I was found guilty of a hit and run and if I didn't pay them $14000 I would lose my license. Averaging 10 calls a day. The man called me a "broke piece of s***" and said either I pay up or they would get it from my family.

Keep calling my cell phone,  looking for a certain Mary & I told them repeatedly that this is not Mary's number.

This number calls me constantly insisting that I owe over 600 dollars for a hit and run accident in 2009. First offm this is the first Im hearing of this and it is 2013. Second, I was not in any hit and run accident. I am not paying for something I did not do. If they want money, they can take me to court. . . I am so annoyed.

received a call from someone called J. Blaine. He said "you are facing a possible suspension of your license and a civil action suit."  the voice mail was very aggressive in tone.   I don't do well with threats. Geico didnt want to work with my proposed payment plan and as a result, got this third party group involved to collect the finances. very unprofessional of both parties.
