Got a call from them last night; no charges.  No one was on the line when I answered.  Said it was TM REMOVAL LINE on my caller id.

Also got a charge on my debit had to cancel my debit card and file a dispute claim.

I got a charge too -12/07/07 - $9.80. Got the voicemail when I called.

I just went over my March cc statement last night only to find I too received the $9.85 charge.  I googled the number and am thankful for the postings here!  The phone message now says "the number you are calling is not in service at this time".  I've cancelled my cc, disputed the charge and I'll follow Grant's info on reporting it!

I received $9.85 charge on my cc too, will report the fraudulent charge.  They want you to overlook the small charge, but if you calculate how many times they do this, it could add up to thousands of dollars!!

Just wanted to give info on reporting it.  It should be reported to the Federal Trade Commision at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) and if you ignore all the prompts and press 450 each time then you get routed directly to a person and you can file a complaint.  It can also be done online at FTC.gov.  I recommend calling, it's a bit easier and you get a case reference number.  I've already reported it but FTC can only take down info pertinent to YOUR experience (IE they don't accept that I offered that this is happening to many people or my offer to tell them all the alias names of the company) so the more reports the better (I assume).  Good Luck!

They must have some kind of software that randomly attempts credit card numbers until it hits one thats legit.

I'm recieved the charge of 9.85 from the same school supply store with phone No. 1-888-401-9685. I called and went directly to voice mail. Some one have all the credit card numbers, and commitinf fraud. It' better to cancel the account.

I just was reviewing my charges and found the $9.80 charge from ICH.  Had to cancel my card as well.  I hope someone is going to DO something about these people.

These b*****ds got me for the $9.75 amount as well. Didn't authorize it. Reported this to my WaMu account, closed the card and disputed the charges.

This happened to me too, called my bank because of the strange $9.80 charge from ICH Services and they said it was from an office/school supply store. Cancelled the card immediatly, called the 1-888 number and it was a vague voicemail. After hearing that I knew I did the right thing. Googled it and looks like I'm not alone.

ICH debited my checking account for $9.80.  The phone number provided went directly to voice mail and I never heard back.

I also recieved a 9.75 unauthorized charge on my debit. Had to cancel my card and dispute this at the credit union. No clue who these hackers are.

I recieved a bill from ICH services 1-888-401-9685 On my CC  for $9.80 too These guys need to be dealt with soon

I got a charge from ICH Services on my credit union debit card. It came up on my account as a debit charge. Would really like to know how they got my PIN number, my wife doesn't even know it. After reading this page, I didn't bother to call the number, I just called my bank and reported it and cancelled my card.

I too got the charge from "ICH SERVICES". I didn't know what it was, so I googled the phone number and found all this information about it being a fraud. I had to dispute the transaction for $9.85 and cancel my card... if this has happened to you, cancel it now!

Got a charge on my cc for $9.80 on 1/7/2008. Same name, ICH, no one answers. These guys are hitting LOTS of people for small amounts.

I also noticed a charge of $9.85 on my Bank of America debit card statement from ICH Services (888-401-9685). I called the number and it went to a voice mail box. I've since called BOA and filed a report and cancelled my card.

I got a charge too on 12/18/07 for $9.75. Cancel your card, it is definitely an erroneous charge.

I saw this pending charge of $9.75 for several days and had to wait to see if it went through.  This morning this unauthorize charge to ICH Service went through.  I never heard of them nor did I authorize this.  I've closed this card and have reported to Bank of America

I got it too -- 11/30/07.  Dispute the charge and cancel your card!

I just noticed a charge on my cc for $9.85 from the same people. My cc company say it is a office/school supply store. They gave me 888-401-9685 as the contact #. I too only got a voice mail when I called. I will be disputing this charge.

they got me too 11/20/07  Check Card: ICH SERVICES 8884019685 CA 11/20/07     $9.85 Looks like I closing my accounts today. I guess they thought it would go un noticed.

I got the same charge on 11/12 these dudes are hacking cc numbers somehow. I have a b of a debit card and thats the one its on.

I also received a $9.75 charge from ICS Services on my credit card; charge was posted on 11/15/07. My credit card company says it's a "stationary business."

I received the same charge of $9.75 from ICH Services - only got voice mail when I called the number.  I don't know what the charge is for and just sent word to my bank to provide their information.

Received a charge on my credit card for $9.75 with this number and ICH Services as the only information. When I called the number back I reached only a voicemail, and have not received a call back.
