I received a call from this number say it is Robert Tunnell from Polk County to service me papers at work or at home left number 888-402-4757 to resolve this matter, called three times in a row and was sent to voicemail as I was working...looked up Polk County employees and no such employee exist...sending report to FTC.gov

I was left a voice mail message on my work phone number to call this phone number to resolve a claim against me before it gets sent to court; I was not left the company name or even a person to contact.  I have no idea who is this or what it is about.  I cannot locate the phone number searching the white pages.  I am going to try to call them for a different phone number at my work to see if I can find out what company they are and what they want; if they don't let me know then I will hang up and not respond to this call at my work.

Same message for me. This lady was a piece of human debris. Would NOT confirm even her name or what the supposed debt was for. Called my boss and a coworker looking for information. Then I called the supposed "process server". If they have something to serve me they would just do it, not call me first to try to scare me. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!

Horrible person to talk too... Say's I'm getting served paper's in a few hour's and that I will fit right in in the slammer....WTF... I had no idea what debt she was referring to or if it was even mine.. Let's be normal adult's and maybe (if it was something of mine) we would work something out... (after you send me some documents though..) ...
