SHILL ALERT- Why would a process server serve you twice? Also, "replevin" Hum! a VERY specific legal term that an "insider" would use-
"a legal remedy for a person to recover goods unlawfully withheld from his or her possession, by means of a special form of legal process in which a court may require a defendant to return specific goods to the plaintiff at the outset of the action (i.e. before judgment)."

I worked with Investigator Cook and she helped me fix a problem that I didn't even know was going on. The lien holder of my car had filed a replevin against me and I was very close to being served at my job and home. I had no idea that all of that was happening and I am so thankful that she helped me turn in my car and stop the legal process which would have not only been humiliating but also extremely expensive! She never asked me for money and told me that they are not calling to collect a debt but to simply get the bank's collateral returned to them on a voluntary basis. If they are calling you, I highly recommend you work with them before the situation becomes much worse.
