Judicial Process of NC agency? I got a call from these people named Providence. And about two weeks later got served by an agent from this mentioned company. Im working with my attorney currently to see what all can be done. I'll keep you guys posted.

Jake: Did they give you a case # or File #? If they did figure out if they are a mediation firm or the actual plaintiff in the case. Ask them what is the time frame for your case to be filed in your county. Make sure you ask them what its about.

I received a call from this place. Appears to be a law firm of some sort. I was left to call back 1-888-412-3262 but I am scared to call back as I have been in legal trouble before, and it was in similar fashion. Should I find an attorney? As last time I was locked up for like 8 months.

I keep getting a private caller from this number.  1-888-412-3262 is the number being left for me to call back. The lady calls me on my cell phone and my house phone.  I would like for it to stop
