Ok, I called the number on the card, the recording answer didn't even identify the company, only thing it says was "you are caller number one, please wait", then, some guy came to the phone, "thank you for calling "National Settlement Service" and I hanged up the phone.  That's all I wanted to know, who the hell they were.

You might consider returning the card to the postal inspector for the post code you live at or where the card originated.  This is clearly some sort of mail fraud attempt.  Mail fraud is a serious matter.  There should be a post code where the card originated.  Keep a copy for you own records.

Yesteday, 03.03.2014, I received a yellow card in the mail without the sender's name and address only a phone number notifying me to call them before 03/12/2014.  The phone No. printed on the card is (888)-422-1887.  Eligible debt: $10,000 to $20,000.  Benefits ID #: 365100349.  Estimated monthly payment: $168.75.
I am very surprised the US Postal Office is able to deliver this kind of mail without a return address.  This should be investigated.

Thank You.

Yeas it is true, they might be those companies that know people's financial situation and want to take advantage of that to make money. They dont show signs of a serious business at all, no info to locate them, just a toll free number. For me it is just trash that should be thrown away.

I got the same card, we have some card debt latelly, all was written in spanish and there was no senders info or website to locate them. Iam pretty sure it is one of those companies that know about our financial situation and want to make money on us, not help at all. So just trash it and forget about it.

Don't call that number.  It's in Spanish.  I mentions that you've been selected for your difficulties with your credit card(s).  To access benefits call us.  That's what it's saying.

Today, I got in the mail a postcard without a senders name, but with the same phone number indicating that I have benefits I could claim with another number printed in the postcard. Can anybody tell me who this phone number belong to? Are they legit or scammers? Why is that the USPS accepts this type of mailing?
