Same thing; I made a Chase credit card purchase of a school text book on Amazon. Twelve days later, Best Hosting 8884693003 charged $14.99 on my credit card. My credit card co. gave me their phone number 8884693003 and I called and left a message and my phone number. Never heard from them. The charge is currently in dispute with CC co. Google this phone number is for some Accounting firm.

We also had a charge of $12.99 from Best Hosting. We suspect two purchases in Marietta, GA. Either Shillings or Sugar Cakes Patisserie.

I received a $14.99 charge to my credit card. Seems to be a common occurrence from this "Best Hosting" calling the phone number resulted only in going to a voice mailbox. Reported the fraud to my credit card company - will see what they do.

I've never used Craigslist but I too was charged $12.99 to my account.

I'm just curious, but have any of you used your credit card to pay for an add on Craigslist?
I have two employees who had small charges from Best Hosting and the only similarity I can think of is that they've both run ads on Craigslist... but before I can rightfully claim that is the problem, I'd like to know if this is the common denominator.

I had a similar experience. Checked my bank statment and had a charge for $16.99. Called the number on the statement and got the runaround like everyone else. I left a message, just to see what happens. Cancelling card.

Called to check on unauthorized credit card charge from a Best Hosting. It is a recording that tries to get you to enter your credit card number. Used prompt "2" to talk to representative. Puts you into a hold for a few seconds and then goes right into a voice mail prompt. This is an obvious fraud.

Received a charge on my debit card for 14.99 from a company called best hosting. Called the number on my statement and never was able to speak to customer service. cancelled card.

Received a charge on my VISA for $12.99 - calling the number on my statement, I received an automated answering system that never goes to a customer service rep. Likely fraudulent.
