Received a call today from 855-480-6675 7 855-807-6874 stating i will be served today. These people did not even know how to speak properly over the person, called threatening to be a law firm but did not even know how to speak on the phone and did not even know their phone number. But have the nerves to say they are going to file against me.

Receiving phone calls threatening to come to my work place, At first I had set up a payment plan but could not find any information on the internet about this company "Chase, Douglas &Myers" except all the negative post on forums. Does anyone know if this is a scam? I called today to see when i was going to be served papers like they said they were going to do. Before I had also asked for something in the mail and more information but they didn't give me any information just a number to call and a case/reference number. I don't feel comfortable with they way they come at you on phone calls and find it very suspicious.  

Filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection services, Delaware Banking Commission and am filing a police report this evening since apparently these people can't read (sent them a certified letter indicating that I would only correspond with them via mail -- MY right according the the Collection Act) -- continued to call anyway.  

Got a threatening phone call.  Wish these people would stop.  Sick of it.
