my sister received a message on her home phone stating there is a legal matter for me gave ext 132 to call back..  I am going to ignore!CRS

I received a call from a Randolph Kelly from the processing unit called CRS. He indicated that he case documents that he would serve to my place of employment unless I contact this number to work out some payment arrangements. He called my job and my home. Has anyone receive a similiar call.
