I did get a call from Eric Shroedor saying I was going to get served. I did default on a loan though so I never got served b/c I made a pymt arrangement. I just called to ask for the letter he said he would send me noting the arrangement I made and what acct this is for.

So did anyone actually get "served" any kind of papers? I had a Marshal McCoy call me. He told me he was from my county summons division and said I was going to be served papers. I was actually at the sheriffs office at that time and told him that he could serve me there and he hung up on me. I was told that they aren't going to call and let you know that you are going to be served due to the fact of you running. So I am pretty sure this is a scam.

I got 'served' over the phone. He used the name Dan Parks.

Yes I just got a call from the same number saying I had a fraudulent loan and they needed to serve me papers. He said his name was Mike tomesello

Got a rude threatening call from this bill collector saying I owed money but had the wrong address.

The caller left a message saying it was a legal matter having to do with my sister. She called and they said it was a pay day loan and they would have her arrested if she didn't pay $510.00 in 10 days. Anyone else hear about this?
