Same here!!!
I took an IQ test and next thing I know 19.99 charge, and another 1.99 for a God knows what?!?!?!?
AT&T canceled my subscription and removed the charges from my account. Then I called the mBill # and gave them a peace of my mind, as well as my cell # and told them to make sure it never happens again.

I was another one scammed by Cheats999.com and so far everyone is right in that it is extremely difficult to get this service stopped.  The "Terms" on their web site state that you must be a US Resident, Own the phone (or users consent), AND be 18 years of age.  Only the resident status applied to my 13 year old daughter.  We were billed $9.99 per month for May and June.  I then Stopped the service, supposedly.  I wasn't billed in August but got hit again in September.  Same coding and everything:  PREM_SMS 88990 Premium TXT Messaging.  My cell carrier has now assured me that no other Premium Texts will come to this phone.  Let's just hope so.  Also, the way I figure it I will probably never see a reimbursement of $9.99 (x3) from the Cheats999.com  So please inform everyone to BEWARE.

got a text on my phone:
FreeMSG: We can guide u on decision 4 ur love life, destiny + more. Send LOVE now 2 get ur tarot reading! Reply STOP 2 stop mBill:8885062455 $1.99/txt

called it back from my landline and got instructions on putting the cell number in to unsubscribe.  i was suspicious of them trying to capture more cell numbers!

after reading these messages, i called the other number referenced here and got some voice message - i left a message to stop the texts.

After I saw smallwoods posting I had hope of reaching cheats999. I left message after message on the 888-351-6703 customer support line that I obviously didn't use their service because I unsubscribed minutes after my son subscribed and I should be given a refund of the 2 charges they billed me for, plus the fact that their website says subscribers be at least 14 yrs old and my son was only 11, so his subscribing should be void.  But of course, no one at cheats999 would return my calls.  so I finally called AT&T customer service and they had no problem giving me a credit for the 20 bucks on my cell phone bill....and I didn't even have to threaten to switch service providers!

My 11 year old went to the website CHEATS999.COM and they require a cell # to send a password for unlimited cheats, he had no idea they automatically bill $9.99 per month for their service.  He entered my cell number not once, but TWICE, because nothing happened the first time.  Luckily I entered the room and read the fine print at the bottom.  After lecturing him for 10 minutes about online scams, I IMMEDIATELY sent an unsubscribe message, but apparently not before they billed me TWICE for the subscription!!!  I called the support number provided (888-506-2455) and got a recording of an asian woman who says "I'm sorry this number is temporarily unavailable please try again later".

I talked to verizon. This is a subscription service and you need to unsubscribe. My son was on a cheat code website, they wanted to text him a password and in doing that it automatically subscribed his phone to the service. Verizon had me send an unsubscribe message to the # on my bill (88990) and then I had verizon block all premium sms messages so we won't be susceptible to this kind of thing anymore.
