Called 3:40 PM April 6, 2009 - when I answered they hung up.  I called back and the message told me to leave my name and number and they would call back.  I did not leave.

They call me often on my DNC number.  That makes them criminals.

These criminals call every day, and my number is on the DNC registry.  Get Obama on this.

It is some type of investment company...Told them I am broke, but would like to hear more..they hung up!  LOL Wonder why.

Someone called asking for me and told my staff they were from RSS.  Didn't leave any message both times when I didn't answer

This number called and asked for Mr. Horowitz (business owner) I said "he is away from desk" he said thanks and hung up.

I answered before googling the phone number (my mistake). I heard dead air then a deep sigh (as if the guy was dreading what he was about to do) and then...

Male asked for the owner (by name).I asked who was calling and he said (something) Morgan at RSS. I asked what RSS stood for and he replied "nothing important." I just hung up.

Creep city.

I got the same call today. Male answered said he was representing RSS Investments and wanted to me to say yes to them mailing me out a prospectus for my area. I said not interested and hung up.

Call came in at 3:35 Central Time.  I saw the 888 in my caller ID and hit ignore.  About 30 seconds later I got a voice mail alert.  Checked voice mail but there was only silence recorded.

This number called me and I just heard some women says "what you think I am lying" then the phone went dead. I never got a chance to speak besides saying hello.

I'M LOOKING FOR A "COMMON THREAD"

DOES PERSON ASKED FOR OWE ANYBODY ANY MONEY?

IF SO, MAYBE ALL THEY WANT TO KNOW THAT "THE PERSON" IS "AT" THE NUMBER CALLED.

AND BECAUSE THAT IS ALL THEY NEED TO KNOW - THEY JUST HANG UP.

IF YOU CALL THEIR NUMBER AND LEAVE REQUESTED "NAME" AND "PHONE NUMBER" THIS ALSO WOULD SATISFY THEIR DESIRE TO KNOW THAT "THE PERSON [INDICATED BY THE NAME YOU LEAVE]" IS AT [REACHABLE] AT THAT NUMBER [THE ONE YOU LEAVE ON THEIR VOICE MAIL].

JUST AN IDEA . . .

This number just called my work.  They asked for me by name.  I said that was me and asked what they wanted.  They said nothing important and hung up.  I don't know what the scam is but there is a scam going on here.

7-15-09 Called my answering machine and hung up. They call every week.  I I answer, they hang up.  If the answering machine takes it, they hang up.  TIME TO CHANGE THE LAWS AND OUTLAW TELEMARKETING. The Do Not Call list is does not work.  We have the Internet if we want to shop.  Telemarketers never offer something we want and never have.  See my list of 185 numbers of telemarketing pests that I accumulated during less than a year and I did not even record them all.  Most call multiple times and many have been calling for almost a year so the list is thousands of calls. Call came in blocked from the FRAUD department. They left a message with number 1-888-513-7943. I called it back and googled the company did not exist. This is an attempt Identity theft!! Do Not Return their calls!!
SCAM!!!!

Caller asked for my business partner by name.  WhenI said I would handle the call, she said it was a personal matter.  She stated she had a second number for him and would call him there.  She then hung up.

I received a call asking for William and tried to explain that my name is actually Billy. The caller would interrupt me and ask again for William, repeatedly, each time resulting in me attempting to explain that my name is Billy.  After about 6 or 8 attempts to get me to either say "No" or "Yes", the caller changed her question to... "Is there anyone there with any common sense?"  And then hung up on me.   Please note: I added my number to the Do Not Call list (months ago) at https://www.donotcall.gov/

Got the call today. Caller ID said "Not Provided", and I did not recognize the area code, so I let the machine pick it up.  No message left.  Did the reverse look-up and came upon this site.

These criminals keep calling.  I have no idea why they continue to violate federal laws.  Maybe Obama needs to address this issus.

Three or four times a day i had taken notice someone from this # had been calling the house and leaving no message. The other day I picked it up and they are stating they are from an Answering Service. I an on the Do Not Call List. I just called my carrier to put a block on this #.

Got a call from 888-513-4993, someone was there for a second and said something about my dad but cut off in mid-sentence.  I said hello again a couple of times before the connection went dead.

Got another call from these crapstains.  The caller hung up on me as soon as I answered.
