I hope you called ID Lock right away as I did not see the charges to my account until today which is 6 days after they charged me as I do my bills & updates weekly and they tell me that there is only a 2 day period once they charge you to cancel and receive a refund. I am currently on hold with them waiting on a supervisor. who has now told me that my only source of action is to write a letter to their corporate office in Seminole, FL requesting a refund.

I didn't get a call but the 39.95 charge showed up on my visa account. I tried to call the number but it is now fixed to a fax line. Anyone have an alternate number or suggestion on getting through to these people. I of course didn't order this either and also got the charges for ID Lock and Member Legal who I have already called.

I received my refund of $39.95! Now there are charges for ID Lock and Member Legal, which I will call today!

I just got off the phone with these people. SHE WAS SO NASTY & RUDE !!!
She was reading from a script and trying to get me to stay with them. I never signed up!! Jennifer processed a refund for $39.95 for me.
She also told me that I may have an account with ID LOCK ON (800-418-4817)(http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-418-4817) and Member legal net (888-642-0016).
Will let this board know if I get a refund or not!

don't know who this number belongs to, no one answers when I try to call it. It is the number that shows up on my bank statement, with a 39.96 charge.

I did not receive a call but I noticed a charge of 39.95 on my credit card statement. I tried to call but never got to talk to a person. I will be getting in touch with my credit card company after I complete this message.

after about 2 hours of being on hold this number belongs to a company called Grant Connect. they say that I ordered their service for help in applying for grants thru the government. this has got to be a bad scam....beware
they say that i am going to get a refund for all money that they charged me...we will see

They did not call me...... they STOLE money from my VISA. Their phone number showed up to the Bank.
I have sent their number and information to a department of the FBI
