i got the same thing but i didnt remember applying for a stock coordinator i sent a text message saying stop got a text saying i was unsubscribed from career network alerts

called and the first operator cliamed he needed 35 minutes and then said I would still have to call back - which I did. I told this operator that I would not give her any information. She said, no problem and started to ask her questions! Asked for personal infomration which, if it was legit, she would already have it. I said, " i will not give you any personal information over the phone" and then I hung up! I am also going to report to the FCC. Someone else said above, "why would an employer do this?" my point exactly! any legitimate company wouldn't!

Thanks for the info. I applied for a job and received a text. Something told me to look up the number since I thought it was a bit strange that a company would text me to call them.

i received a text too..seems like a scam didnt respond back...did any of you here from anybody else from the company after receiving the text?

same here i called them back and was told i needed to hold on for 30 minutes to see prequalify me, at that point i hong up the phone.
