Ok, so now the same guy just called my parents telling them that I have 2 fraud cases against me and that I'm being taken to district court.  Imagine my embarrassment now that they are calling family members.  I think it's awfully funny that if this was for real why haven't I received and notice in the mail.

I just got the same call.  telling me to call their legal department before they show up and serve me.  He said he was from County Dispatch.  Called back the number provided and it was a recording form Landmark.

These people are a bunch of scam artists !!

Actually I just checked my call history and the number did come up as unknown.

My friend just recieved the same phone call 20 minutes ago. They had alot of her personal information and were saying they were calling from Landmark or something like that and that she had to settle a debt for a loan she never took out. His name was Eric and was rude and pushy and kept demanding she take care of it right away or it was going to court. I think this is a scam.

Person from unknown number telling me there is a lawsuit against me and I should call the 888-609-3378 number to find out what it was, totally bogus.
