These people I can not find any info on who they really are but they are charging people for free materials for usps exams and ssn (social security card) forms that are also free.  They are not honest and give you no valid way of contacting them! Look out and please spread the word about this to anyone you can and shut them down!

now the new site is www.postofficeexam.com  i just got scammed too.  i have talked to my bank and they have cancelled my card so that no further transactions can be made and are having their fraud department contact the company and putting in an official complaint.  hope i get that $30 back...can't afford the loss right now.  this sux but i'll be sure to let people know what the out come is when it's over.  wish me luck!!

My girlfriend used this site to order a birth certificate, and same thing charged from easy forms of 29.98. an nothing received. The list them selves as a truste certified website, which is b***s***. Just reported them to Truste for using theire seal without being certified. We need to complain more, this site is such a scam

I too fell for this scam and when i tried to cancel my bank told me that they actually charged my accountabout $70.00!!! I am dong all the research I possibly can to get my money back. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and I will not stop until this matteris somehow resolved. I am so mad at myself right now for not reading the whole web page before entering my credit card information.  I feel so stupid but at least I know i'm not the only one who fell prey to this scam.  I with you on this!!

I just got scamed, they have another site that it ssnoffice.com.  Do they only take it out once or how many  times.if any one gets a hold of them or find out how to get money back let us know.

I did the same thing!  I'm on the phone with my credit union filing a visa check card dispute.  I cancelled the card...just in case.  I hope I can get the money back.

Good morning, I just got off the phone with the Federal Trade Com. (martin) told me to find out what state this Easy Forms is located and to call the Attorney General.  Does anyone know where they are located.  I just got off the phone with the 888-615-8362 her name was Jennifer and she was very rude I got a refund of $9.99 not the $29.98 they charged me I told her I was going to complain to the BBB and she said to tell the she said hi.  Lets try and find a way to get more complaints into have this number closed down.  I am going to call my bank to see about getting the money back and will be changing my card thats for sure. thank you for any help!!

the same thing just happened to me. i was just wondering though, do they only charge you the one time or do they try and take more of your money? because the only thing my bank will do is issue me a new bank card and i really dont want to do that if they only take the money the one time.

Wow, you're kidding, a scam. Just got my credit card bill and see a charge for $29.98, EASY FORMS, 888-615-8362. I didn't remember using my card so called the number......no answer, then googled the telephone number and found this site. I downloaded a social security replacement card form and a birth certificate replacement form and now that I think about it I did try to order one of them on line with my credit card but it wouldn't go through so I mailed the birth certificate app in and actually went to the social security office with my form. I'm going to contact my credit card company and see what my options are. I can't stand a thief, I hope they catch the person/s who are doing this and prosecute them to the fullest.

same here. went on to find birth certificate and found out too late. tried to cancel straight out and the phone number is bull****. called FTC they have a report out for us. Hopefully will get them.

I ordered a replacement SS card they took the money out of my accout and no SS card. I believe the Home Land Security and the FBI need to look into this !!

I would love to hold this company responsible for taking money from people.

They duped my husband-how do you recover lost funds from scam artists like these. I am/was soooo MAD. I told him he has to pay attention to website validity-but that did not get our money back.

They got me too, I'm getting my bank to apply a charge back to recover my money..

The people who own this number have several websites like http://www.postalexamoffice.com/ & https://ssnformhome.com/ they ask for you to pay for free usps exams and make it look like you are applying for a job with the united states postal service.  On the site it said they would charge 29.95 and that you could get a refund.  Well, they charged my card $49.94 instead and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.  I looked up their info and looks like they have also set up a site for a social security card form too and charge you for it! When you look at the very bottom of the website of each one it states that the site is in no way affiliated with, nor do they have anything to do with the said services or companies that they are misleading you on and pretending to represent! I have been trying to get a refund and looked up other scams and it looks like this has been going on for a while.  Please anyone who knows what to do about this or how to shut them down, help!
