Never received a call, just a charge on my credit card for $85.31 and did not order anything from them.

ditto they said they would have it worked out by the end of the month and now the lines are busy.

They charged my account $85.31 on 01/13/10 without any authorization.  I have called them 8 times in the past 6 weeks.  Most of the time I speak with "Adam" who promises my money will be back in my account within 2-3 business days.  This specific account is where my child support is deposited, so they literally took food out of my kids' mouths.  I went so far as to call the Better Business Bureau.  This is B.S. and fraud, I just want my money back.  I'm told that the actual business is in Hackensack N.J. but from the accent that "Adam" has, it sure as hell doesn't sound like it.  The past 6 days, I haven't even gotten a ring tone.  I keep hearing (All circuits are busy).  This is really pissing me off!!

I got charges of 85.31 in 01/05/10....refund has been promised three times and I still haven't gotten it.

I got charges on my credit card of 85.31.Never ordered anything from them.I filled out fraud papers at my bank today.

I have called 4 times to have my charge reveresed. I even had the bank send a fax copy of the charge. Next promise is for 2-3 days.

they've charged me $85.31 and $2.55 for foreign transaction fee. I never ordered anything from them. Did anybody call them to cancell this charge ?
