I too received a BS fax from Fast-Working Capital/ Short Term Business Loan's fax # 888-728-3120.  My details on this fax shows it was faxed from 720-685-6282 so I sent their fax back - it failed (of course).  But I don't give up easily, so I faxed their doc back to 1-888-474-7715 and to 1-718-515-0746  AND both fax numbers received.  I plan on refaxing their doc back to them about every hour today!!

Yep...it's an illegally sent fax.  And, the phone number is "spoofed."  That means the number is not tracable to the actually company...the number reported to you, at home, is fake:  spoofed.
     However, since it's illegal to send an unsolicited fax to someone with whom you haven't had a previous business relationship, this fax is illegal.
    AND NOONE WOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT STARTS OUT BREAKNG THE LAW!!!

You are dealing with CRIMINALS here, keep that in mind. One thing to NEVER do is to use the opt out number, this is almost always just a way for these theives to make a bit more money in that you just verified to them that their robo diled fax indeed reached you, then they sell your fax to other crooks and the cycle never gets broken. If you are luck enough to get a sending fax number on your fax header, then you can block that number through your phone service provider. Also checking your caller ID could get you the offending number. Please heed my honest words and be diligent!

I agree with everything you stated.  The fax I received came across at 5:00 AM (PST).  I didn't appreciate the phone waking me up and then I saw the fax from FWC.  I was outraged so I called the number at the bottom of the fax 1-888-261-0361 which stated my number would be removed.  The gentleman that answered (Courtland Carter) said I reached Chase Bank in New York.  When I told him what had happened and asked him not to send anymore faxes he asked me to fax what I had received to him at (718-515-0746) so I did.  He was going to turn it over to the banks security specialists right away.  There was was another number 888-728-3120.  I googled it and found your comments and a few others. It's too bad our government doesn't stop these fraudulent people. I hope Mr. Carter is legitimate and can pursue this serious problem.

FWC has a fx number. It's 1-888-474-7715. I think we all send notices to them advising to remove our fax numbers.

This is a company called Fast Working Capital.  They are soliciting short term business loans.  I have already used their opt out phone number twice and it does not do any good to stop these faxes.  I went directly int their website and went in to "contact" area and they have an area there to leave a comment and submit.  I left a comment alright.  But I doubt it will do any good.  These telemarketers are relentless.  I know they are trying to make a living like some of us, but NO means NO!!!

Wish I could sent them a fax back as often as they send me one, however the REAL phone number is never found on the fax!   Only these false ones!
