I received a call this morning from an unknown # stating that his name was Bryan Pierce calling from Nation Wide Document Delivery Services trying to contact (and gave my name) regarding sealed documents that were returned from (listing a very old street address). Mrs. (name)  if these documents are returned for a second time due process will continue without me and a possible FTA (failure to appear) will be issued  if I have any questions regarding this matter I will need to contact the boarding (atleast that what it sounded like he said) agency at 1-888-607-9543 and gave a very short case #. And to consider myself being notified.

Wow, someone just called me and left a message this morning saying that he was from STS Courier services and needed me to home for legal documents to be delivered.  If I was not home, they would deliver them at my job.  I figured this was a scam, but I am glad I checked on this site for verification.  The number he gave me to call is 866 871 5832.  I did not call.

I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A SCRAMBLED PHONE NUMBER . THE WOMAN ON TH OTHER END ADDRESSED HERSELF AS GINA PALMONEY FROM ROSEMAN LEGAL. SHE SAID SHE WAS LOOKING TO CONTACT MY HUSBAND THAT HE HAD A LEGAL MATTER AND IF SHE DID NOT SPEAK WITH HIM WITH IN 24 HOURS , PAPERS TO APPEAR IN COURT WOULD BE SERVED. I ASKED FOR THE CASE NUMBER , THE ONE SHE GAVE ME COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE A LEGITIMATE CASE NUMBER, I ASKED IF THIS WOULD BE VERIFIABLE AT MY LOCAL COURTHOUSE , SHE RESPONDED THAT IT DEPENDS ON WHERE I LIVE.  I PERSONALLY HANDLE EVERYTHING FOR MY HUSBAND , AND HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY LEGAL PROBLEMS. I DID MY RESEARCHED AND LEARNED THAT THIS IS A SCAM. I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH GINA AND ADVISE HER TO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN. A MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE STATING GINA HAD LEFT BUT HE WAS THE ATTORNEY HIMSELF AND COULD ENLIGHTEN ME. I LET HIM KNOW THAT THE CREDINTIALS PROVIDED DID NOT CHECK OUT , HE THEN STARTED YELLING AT ME , SAYING MY HUSBAND HAD 7 JUDGEMNTS ON HIS CREDIT AND A FICO SCORE OF 409 . TELLING ME THAT I WAS DOING A TERIBLE JOB OF MANAGING MY HUSBANDS AFFAIRS. I THEN INFORMED HIM THAT SEING AS HOW I AM NOT THE PERSON OF SUBJECT THAT HE WAS BEING A TERRIBLE ATTORNEY AS HE HAD JUST BROKEN THEN LAW BY DISCLOSING THAT INFORMATION. I ALSO INFORMED HIM THAT I AM WELL AWARE OF MY HUSBANDS CREDIT REPORT AND HE IS INACURATE WITH HIS STATEMENTS. HE THEN SCREAMED SO LOUD I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIM AND HE THEN HUNG UP ON ME. AFTER THIS INSTANCE , I AM POSITIVE THIS IS A SCAM.

Harrassed by a gentleman today ..the number was BLOCKED he stated that I owed somethng from YEARS ago but had no details of what or when ....I told him I would call back but after reading this I'm filing a complaint instead.

This company first contacted me on Friday, 12/28/12.  They told me that "legal docs" would be delivered to my home on Wednesday, 1/2/13 and that if I was not home, they would be delivered to my place of employment.  They called MANY friends and relatives and shared this personal info with them.

Today, 1/3/13, no one showed up at any address to deliver any papers.  Although I was pretty sure that this was not a legitimate company, I called the number back to inquire why no docs has been delivered. I was informed by someone named (or calling himself) David Kendrick that his office had no knowledge of any server action.  I said "oh, ok" and hung up.  He then called me back, at my place of employment, to inform me that papers HAD been tried to delivered to me, but that they were unable to reach me at my home address.  This was a lie.  I know that no papers were sent to me.  He went on to inform me that he had discovered that my work computer had been used to committ fraud against a lending institution and that he had to follow protocol and inform my employer of this "malicious act".  He went on to state that he can see from my credit report that I am a "person of very low character". He also threatened to contact my manager at work directly to inform him/her of what a poor employee/person I am. I have all of this taped in a voicemail that he left for me.

By his own admission, this so called debt dates from 2008, which places it beyond the PA statute of limitations.  Further, it is in reference to a "payday" loan, which is not even legal in the state of PA.  With all of that said, even if this IS a legal, valid debt, this company has not provided one shred of evidence that the amount that they say I owe is true.  I have honestly never even heard of the company that he references, and I do not to the best of my knowledge have an outstanding debt with them.

I contacted a lawyer, but although this company has broke NUMEROUS laws, it is almost impossible to file suit because they hide their true identities.  He recomends that 1) you do not engage them, as that is what they want 2) notify your employer that a scam artist is trying to get money from you just in case they DO try to contact them 3) file a complaint with you state attorney general 4) file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and 5) contact your local police office to see if they will take a complaint.

I have done ALL OF THE ABOVE.  I used to have perfect credit but in the past few years have made many mistakes that now leave me open to attacks from bottom feeders like this.  I guess I now know how the other half lives. :)  However, I am still a decent person and I will not allow myself to be taken advantage of by these lowlifes.  I have encountered quite a few, but this is by far one of the worst! Don't let them scare you and don't give them a cent!

Got a call from a private number, let it go to voicemail. Girl on the message introduced herself by name and said she was calling regarding an ongoing legal matter. She said she was from Roseman Legal and my ex wife whom she named correctly, had named me as a "person of interest" in a case. She asked me to call her back at 888-729-9543 and reference a particular case number.

This is a bill collecting scam of some sort. Or a bill collector trying to get you to validate a debt by responding.

I was told a courier was going to deliver some legal documents to me between 12-2, and have to forms of id, they have called me At least 4 times in one day, well I'm not showing my id to nobody, you could be joe scum the scammer for all I know, AND I REALLY AGREE WITH ALL THE COMMENTS POSTED, ESPECIALLY SUE HAPPY:-)  I really wish they will stop calling me, now that would SERVE ME VERY WELL!

Got several calls from blocked #, finally a message was left saying the same exact thing. First off if "Legal Documents were being delivered" you will never get a phone call warning you that you are being served. 2nd if your employer was involved then they would have to mail the so called "legal documents" to your employer, and again you wouldnt get a warning. If they warned everyone that they are about to be served a summons, like i was told, then the ones being served would make themselves unavailable so they aren't served. If you are not properly served then you will not have a failure to appear in court, like i was told. This is a scam!
I would suggest to ignor them, if they keep on calling, SUE THEM!

Recieved a restricted call today with this number to call for information. They state that they are STS courier service and will deliver legal documents tomorrow between the hours of 2 - 4 if your not there they will have to deliver to your place of work with a manager from your company as a witness.

This is a scam from a collections service don't let it scare you and disregard it. What they are doing is not legal.

These calls & threats need to stop!

People please go to the FTC website and report them. Only way to stop they scam.

I got a phone call from an unknown number saying I needed to be available between 2 and 4pm tomorrow to have legal documents dropped off at my house. I asked what It was about and was given the number 1-888-729-9543. When I finally got ahold of "Mia" at this Roseman & Assoc. she was very rude. She wouldnt tell me what I supposibly owed all she kept saying was I entered a contract 4 years ago and it has been breached. I asked for a copy of the contract and she said I should have one from that day and she wouldnt be providing me with one. Everything I tried to say, I was interruppted, screamed at, and hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor and "Mia" is apparently the owner. She hung up on me again and then I got 4 phone calls from them and Id answer and they would hang up and not say anything. So I Called them back again and asked for "Mia" who is now in a meeting. Go figure. And I talked to some guy who said he had all the phone conversations and they never called. Funny. I looked it up, and this is happening to several other people within the last few days. This is a scam!

got a call stating courier was coming to home 2 through 4 if not they will come to my job.  looked number up see the post and roseman and associates is a another scam called the county i am in and nothing is out there for me.
