Not sure who these people are.  They call periodically looking for one of the co-workers here.  Who ever does the calling is extremely rude. When he can't reach the person he is looking for he resorts to screaming at the person answering the phone, demanding that he speak with the boss and that he is going to write up everyone for being rude.

What a tool....

Calls every damn day and hangs up.
If I call back, they tell me that they need a case number
because my name and number do not appear in the data base.
WHY THE HELL DO YOU CALL ME THEN???

This number calls numerous times a day, sometimes they ask for some lady who I have no idea who she and claim that its her "home phone number," other times they will call and no one will answer. I have contacted this company many times and get this so called manager cumtwat who claims that my number is not coming up anywhere in their "databases." He wanted to give me a number to call back on in order to stop being called. I have heard of this in the news and when you call this other number back they are able to get information on you and in some cases it can go as far as stealing you identitiy!

Called and said I wanted to know who was calling me at 10pm. She responded give me your phone number so I make sure it doesn't happen again. I hung up after telling her that I would be filing a complaint for violations of the FDCPA.

How do you stop these people? File a complaint with your local state agencies, AG, Better Business,etc. Get call blocking feature added to your phone and block the phone number! Call them back as many times as you can and threaten legal action and then do it!  Get the FTC involved again!

calls over and over and over wont stop

2 weeks two times a day they have called! I called asked to speak to a manager. He could not do anything, told me to speak to the caller and have my name removed. I tried to tell him, they always hang up. He had to go, they were having a fire drill ! Today 4/12/08 I carried the phone with me. Like clockwork they called 1:00PM. I caught him. He was looking for Julio. I am not Julio, please take my phone # off your list, this is harassment ! He said they would keep calling until Julio came to the phone and he hung up. I am not Julio,nor is there any Julio here. How do you stop these people ?

Phone caller claimed the person they asked for gave them my phone number on an application for credit.

rings 3 rings and stops no message all day long
