Called and left a message on my machine for someone I've never heard of for a 'personal business matter.'  

I really don't think this is a scam.  People if you have not spoken to a person call the number they tell you to in the message.  Don't give them any information they should be able to look you up with the phone number.  I say this isn't a scam because I recently switch cable services from fidelity to direct tv.  I forgot to turn in my fidelity boxes which the cable lady said valued at 700 dollars.  When I got a hold of these people at this number they looked me up by my phone number and told me I had a past due fidelity bill for 700 dollars, but if I would just turn in my equipment it would be cleared.  Well I turned in my equipment and called them back and they said I owed nothing and they would stop calling.  Not once did they ask for personal info or anything of the sort.  A lot of you guys might just have a bill you forgot about and probably should call the number they say in the message to find out

They claim to contact by letter.  Which is really strange for a debt collector.  But I know they call too.

I just activated this phone about a month ago with what is supposedly a new  number and I have been getting calls from this number every day from day 1.  I don't know who these idiots are trying to reach, but I am definitely not that person. If they don't knock it off, I am going to answer and they are going to get an earful.

I called them back and asked for their address, they said it was P.O. Box 802068, Dallas, TX 75240. Then I asked if they would stop calling by a verbal request or if I had to mail a cease and desist demand. They said to mail the C&D which I am doing today. If they keep calling I'll go to the AG.

Been calling me everyday for a month. Finally called them back and asked them who the hell they are. The woman at the end of the line asks "we need to verify your name and phone number" when I said "if you don't know those already, you should not be calling me." She got aggressive and demanded my personal info. I told her to go f*** herself. Just watch, they'll call back same time tomorrow.

i have gotten the same calls looking for someone (NOT ME) I've explained but they keep calling. I'm calling the Mayor, all the way to the Pres. if it will stop them from calling.

It is Comcast.. I did have them but they screwed up my bill and service so bad that I cancelled it and within one week they started calling me.  I have made arrangements to pay them but only after they fix my bill.   These people are nuts...

This is a scam!!!!  They have also called me using 118887452315.  So far they haven't left any messages, but they keep coming.  

It's a collection agency for utility companies. If you owe gas and electric bills on a closed account , chances are the utility company turned your account over to this company for collections.

Leave's a message stating "Call back to get your number removed from our list." They then explain how they are a collection agency.  How about I just block you.

This is a company that is trying to collect on a bill from a past cable company, in my case for some digital converters that I had a guy in the same band with me worked for a contractor that installs and setup cable services, he told me that if I brought those devices that I am not needing to him, he would turn them in for me.  This was 3 years ago and then a year later, the cable company started to charge my rent on them every month, I have been fighting with the cable company for the charging of rent since, and even told them that this person went to jail and I am not sure if he is still there or now on his own, we do not communicate anymore since his visit to the pin. I am not ever planning on paying this amount that they claim is owed nor do I have the devices to turn in. This debt collector is calling my computer that I have setup to screen for this type of crap and I never see or hear any of the message, but tonight I am going to see if there is a number of this business and see if this service I have can forward their calls right back to them.

I do not have cable nor do I have unpaid utilities. Quit calling me...scam.

Thank GOD I have time warner cable (now bought out by brighthouse) I go to their website and log into my account and I can block up to 30 numbers. this has been a life saver. I keep getting these calls too and I don't have any debt, so I KNOW it's a scam

Said they were calling on behalf of a collection agency for Jackie Clemons - who certainly is not ME. It was a computer generated voice asking me to stay on the line or call back. Sorry, I don't have any collection items. It sounds like a scam-they left a voice mail yesterday to have my address birthdate and a couple of other things ready, if I ever had an "account" with their "client" they would have all of that already.

I've gotten calls daily from this number looking for someone who isn't me. (I just got a new phone with the number). I called the number they gave to get my number removed. They then inform me "My number isn't in the system". So then I have to call their customer service line to again be told "My number isn't in the system". The supervisor tells me (even after I give him the name that is apparently on the account) that my number isn't on the account so he doesn't know what to tell me. So I guess I'll just have to deal with annoying phone calls DAILY for someone who isn't me since "my number isn't in the system"

I keep getting a call with an automated voicemail. I am debt free and all my bills are paid, I don't know whose trying to collect money from me. When I call back I get another automated voice telling me to hold and then it's silent, no one ever picks up.
